Lucy was fast to respond, easy to speak to and very knowledgeable. We spoke on the phone for a document we needed notarized and she gave us a time and we signed within 40 minutes from that phone conversation. You can't get this service at UPS or the bank. Very reasonable prices also. The document for us was for real estate and she also has a license in real estate so that made it easy. Sometimes if you go to a notary who is not experienced in the type of document, they will decline to notarize it. My nice and I went to Ms. Lucy Miao office this November 8, 2021 asking for notarizing service. She treated us very pleasant and nice. She can speak good Chinese and received us friendly at her office. She helped us making photo copies of the documents free of charge and the notary fee is very reasonable. The notarizing work was done in less than 15 minutes including chatings.
