Normally this would not be an issue but there was rain expected between Wednesday and Thursday and I had carpet and padding in the dumpster so I wanted to avoid the extra weight. I expressed this to the person on the phone and she told me there's nothing they can do. I did try to cover the dumpster but obviously you can't completely cover the dumpster due to its size this was a 30 yd.³ dumpster.
