And I had to find a dry cleaner immediately (I usually only do my own laundry and have never used dry cleaning in this area). So I yelped it! Came in a few days ago when the incident happened and told the owner Watson about my troubles. I needed to check to see if they would be willing to accept **bags and bags** of my damp gross clothes. Some for dry cleaning and some for Wash & Fold. I could not be happier with my experience! They go above and beyond with their dry cleaning. They press everything so exceptionally. Nothing ever smells and it's literally like my clothes are brand new again. While I was having my 7 garbage bags of clothes sorted by them for dry cleaning, I got to talking with Watson. He was genuinely sad that this happened to me and was speaking to me in such a kind manner. And today, I went to pick up my dry cleaning from them and we started talking again. He said this business has been running since 1985! I was in awe as he started telling me how he thinks the key to running a longtime successful business is 3 Things: good customer service (be nice), good quality, and competitive pricing. HOW CUTE! I love everything about WeWash and what it stands for. Also when I call them on the phone now he answers with "Hello Ms. Frezza". How wonderful is that?!

I dropped my laundry out of a plane while flying over Manhattan. So where did the Laundry Land? On 1st Avenue, of course. Right here... at this wash-n-dry facility. I used this laundromat on many occasions when I was sleeping in lower Manhattan for a short time (in my car, shut up don't judge), but these days I only come here if I'm traveling and desperately need some clean clothes, and honestly New York isn't the best place to do that. But it wasn't too horribly expensive considering it was in Manhattan, but I heard it's closed down. I hope it's not true, but I have a feeling it is true, and that would be a shame.

Today, I came to the store straight after arriving at the airport to dry some wet clothes that were in my suitcase. The lady working in the store (who I also believe is the owner) told me that I cannot dry my bag of laundry because I did not clean it in there machines. I politely reminded her that I'm a regular customer, and I'll I'm asking is to dry one bag of clean laundry. She told me that "there is nothing she can do about it," and brushed me off. Despite the fact that this store charges MUCH MORE than other laundry stores ($6 for a single "medium" sized load of laundry, not including $0.25 for every 7 minutes of drying) I continued coming to this store every week for the last two years. Your things will come back with yellow or brown stains that all look like they come from one place, because they do. I dropped off a white cotton comforter, and it came back with a huge yellow stain in the middle of it. I dropped off different white shirts, and the'd come back with brown spots. Of course I figure out the stains after I've brought my laundry home already. Then a month later, I have them wash two tiny dog beds. My dog is 7 pounds for reference. She tried to charge me $26 to launder both. When I have them do ALL my laundry, it costs that much. This is insane. I recommend literally anywhere to else to have your laundry done.
