My 17-year-old needed a ride to the airport from his boarding school. The car was on time and the driver was very professional. My son was impressed with the tuxedo! A few days later when my son was going to be picked up by Action Limos when he landed, his flight was stuck on the tarmac and had been delayed several hours. Nancy, his driver, called me to let me know the status of the flight before it even showed up on my app! she kept in touch with me to give me updates. Since my son didn't have his phone, Nancy let me know when she picked him up at the airport AND when he was safely dropped off at his school. I was a worried mom and she made me feel so much better. I booked my reservation online and it was easy. I called the phone number listed the night before my early trip the night before and it rang and rang. No one answered. Luckily the driver called and confirmed the pick up time (4:30AM). Kelly was here early and he was very friendly and talkative. The car was clean also. There is an additional free of $20 for early pick up. Coming back from my trip to CA, the driver did not confirm the night before, the office answered this time and the driver called me back to confirm. This driver was very polite and on time but did not have any water available in the car. He apologized, but if I am paying $87 plus 20% tip on top of that for a half hour car ride, there should be water available. read more

My husband and I used Action Worldwide Limousines for our wedding as well, and we requested that Wayne be our driver again. All I can say is WOW!! This limo service brought a great experience to me over the past weekend. As with any limo service it's kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. The driver was on time and at my disposal when I needed him as well as a great companion to talk to until you picked up your other guest(s). I will be definitely using this service again in the future but except I'm going to get the stretch hummer next time instead of the Lincoln stretch. I like using something like this for myself and a "special" guest and not for a car full. Of course you bring your own alcoholic refreshments, movies, or music that you would like to listen to. I definitely love the "privacy' window to separate the driver from you and your guest. I had mine Saturday night for 6 and a half hours so you'll know what you'll end up spending for the night. At booking time you have the option to pay half then the other half when they show up or pay all at once. You do however need a credit card for this as I don't think cash is accepted. read more

Please do not use Action Limos, there service is awful! I used them for my daughters prom, and was very disappointed. We reserved a party bus, and it was supposed to come with red carpet, chilled sparking juice,flashing lights, flat screen TV's, etc. They basically sent us a dirty old shuttle bus that transports to and from the airport. The TV's didn't work, there was no red carpet and the chilled drinks were in a Wal-Mart cooler. Find another service! read more

I would recommend Action Limousines for any event. We rented a stretch limo to provide safe transportation for 10 to my daughter's birthday party to a concert and this staff provided their stretch Hummer limo which seats 12-16. I cannot tell you what a great surprise this was for our daughter after the week she had experienced. They were professional and caring while providing a fun, fantastic night! Due to some unexpected complications on our end, I had the opportunity to speak with many of their staff and all were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Customer service is tops with this company! Their driver Pam was kind, helpful and communicated with us to be sure a stop at Waffle House after the concert was okay. All I can say is wow! I booked a last minute reservation with Action for airport transportation for my wife, daughter, and teammate for an out of town competition based upon the reviews I read here. I am absolutely impressed with their service. Beginning with my conversation with Tammy where she went out of her way to make sure she accommodated our needs for a last minute reservation, these folks are very professional, arrive on time, and follow up with you every step of the way. The return flight from Dallas was delayed 10 hours due to a mechanical issue. Dwayne, the driver, stayed in touch with us through the day making sure we knew he would be there whenever they arrived. The last message I received from him was at 11:00PM last night which stated "Don't worry, I will keep checking on them and promise to get your family home safe and sound, regardless of when they arrive". Well, not only was he there to pick them up, he actually arrived with two congratulatory balloons for each of the girls. Unbelievable!! Service is what it's all about folks and Action gets this! My sweet husband (then Fiance) arranged for a limo to pick up myself and my bridesmaids on the morning of our wedding to drive us to our wedding venue (almost 2 hours away). We paid in full, received a confirmation email, and were told that we would be charged a fine if we were late getting our stuff into the limo. So at 8 AM on a Sunday morning, we had ALL of our bags, dresses, shoes, makeup, EVERYTHING on the driveway (in the cold) waiting on our limo to show up. 8:05, 5 minutes late, no limo. So I called to make sure the driver wasn't lost. Went back and forth on hold with the operator only to be told that the driver was "just a few minutes away" because he had "gotten lost" on the way to us. So we continued to wait. Now at 8:20 (after 15 minutes on hold), someone comes back on the line to tell us that the driver was close, but unreachable because he was "on the phone with his manager getting directions", despite the fact that I had offered to give directions...ok....sounded fishy...keep in mind, Cumming, GA is not THAT big of a city. I get placed on hold again for another TWENTY MINUTES, with no new information and continue to get the run-around. FINALLY, at 8:50 AM (50 minutes after our driver was supposed to arrive), the operator comes back on the phone and tells me, in an amused tone, that OOPS! the driver had actually never even left his home. She actually acted like it was sort of funny that this had happened. REALLY?! So on my wedding day, they decided to just never show up, after charging us $350+, sending us a confirmation and warning us that we better be prepared on time. Their excuse? They claimed that our driver "text messaged us the night before and when he didn't hear back he decided not to come because he wasn't sure if the reservation was still good". UM, REALLY? Like maybe our wedding had gotten called off?! And even THAT, was another lie. A friend of ours responded to the text message from the driver informing him that we were at our rehearsal dinner and couldn't text back but that everything was still on, and he even sent a phone number the driver could call in case he got lost. There were so many appalling things about this that I can't even decide what's worse. It could be the fact that they never dispatched a driver to pick up the BRIDE on her wedding day. It could be that they LIED at least 3 times about the location of the driver...or it could be that they LIED about the reason the driver was never dispatched. Or it could be the way that they found it "cute" that the bride was so upset about being abandoned on her wedding day. They were so disrespectful, it was unbelievable. If they had told me the TRUTH at 8:05 AM, it would have still been upsetting, but we could have made other arrangements. But stringing me along, lying repeatedly, and not understanding where I was coming from as a PAYING customer, was just offensive and outrageous. They knew the screwed up, and even offered to let us have a limo sometime for free, but I would rather inform the world of how TERRIBLE they are than to go anywhere this company proposes to take me. DO NOT do business with them--they are unorganized, rude, and not at all dependable. read more

Thank you Action Limousine for a great experience....For Mother's Day 2013, we wanted to surprise my 86-year old, not-very-mobile, mother-in-law by having a meal from her favorite restaurant (Red Lobster) delivered to her home in time for dinner. Not as simple as I thought, especially since we are in Northern Virginia and she's in Peachtree City, Georgia----no restaurant delivery services available, Red Lobster would not allow me to pay with a credit card by phone or use a gift card to pay over the phone, and I called two taxi services without an answer. Then I called Action Limousine and Tammy answered. I new from the moment we started talking that I found what I was looking for---Tammy was just as excited as I was about the gift idea and offered to order and then pay for the food in person using her credit card. She also had the perfect driver (Larry) for the job. On Mother's Day, Larry not only called my in-laws to let them know he was on the way, he called me too, and was clearly thrilled to be a part of this. My father-in-law said when Larry saw my mother-in-law, his face lit up as he wished her a Happy Mother's Day and gave her the Red Lobster meal! When I spoke with my mother-in-law, and heard the happiness in her voice it brought tears to my eyes. This company is amazing and beyond professional. They offer a great service for the lowest prices. The booking couldn't have been easier and accommodating to last minute reservations. Our driver went the extra mile to make our reservation spectacular. The limousine was so nice and romantic.We wanted Luxury and we got LUXURY! We did a special booking for our anniversary, and they made all of our dream plans come true. They did a total wine package that was so romantic and special. Taking us to the different wineries and our sweet little B & B ( at their suggestion). The next morning the driver was there early to get us from the hotel to the airport to make our flight. They even knew that our flight had changed times and made accommodations at no extra expense. I would suggest this company to everyone.
