This is hands down the best Limousine service in Atlanta. They use modern luxury limo cars with Wi Fi and the drivers are always on time,  or early. The website is very easy to book online with a credit card and you get an e-mail conformation right away. No waiting for some response from anyone, its all automated online. My favorite chauffeur is Sam. He has the Lincoln MKT and it's super comfortable with cold water, iPad's in the back seat  and free Wi Fi. This Car Service makes life so stress free, for my regular Monday and Thursday early morning Airport trips. From the text in the morning, letting me know that they are on their way, to the other small things, like being able to keep your credit card on file, just makes Airport transportation stress free.  Are they cheap, no they are not. I highly recommend Limo Atlanta & Airport Car Service (long name lol) for your professional Airport car service needs and also Limousine service. What I like about them is that you can request a woman chauffeur and they only use late model luxury vehicles. The last limo service I used before I found LAAC was not reliable. They used old town cars and that is not luxury transportation in my opinion. LAAC is  very reliable, especially for airport transportation that can be stressful without the right service. I can always count on them being early and on time for my Airport transfers and that is priceless.  I also appreciate that as a loyal customer, I get frequent upgrades to Executive class and SUV's.  Personally I like riding in SUV's, because their is a lot of leg room. All their SUV's are brand new with phone charger outlets, and even a 110 volt AC outlet. I love that because I can charge my laptop and get some work done during the ride. The SUV's also have DVD entertainment, for those horrific Atlanta rush hour traffic times. read more

Was in town for a week and used LAAC for a few days to take us on a property tour to find a new home. The driver Danny was very knowledgable about the Atlanta area and showed us neighborhoods that we had never even heard of . While driving around, we had access to Wi Fi and also trulia loaded on the tablet, so we could see all the property values as we drove around. I would definitely recommend using. Getting a Limo from the airport in Atlanta was one of the hardest bookings I ever made. Partially my fault. LAAC seemed higher priced then other services. However, what I learned is they simply disclose their pricing up front - others hide fees and tell you after. In the end, they were the best choice. They offer modern convenient online booking. This sounds silly - but it was difficult to find with other services in the area. There was some confusion with the details in the email confirmation. Also, I emailed them - and did not hear back. However, a phone call was answered and resolved questions quickly. Our driver was top notch. He communicated with us throughout the process. We ended up going with Limo Atlanta & Airport Car Service (wow, long name ) and they gave us great service from beginning to end. Since this was a special night, I wanted a nice vehicle for my Wife and I since it was her Birth day. After talking to Jason over the phone, he suggested that we rented an exotic luxury car and suggested the new 2015 S550 Mercedes Benz.   My Wife was very impressed when the car showed up and our driver Dana was a true professional and basically took us on a tour of the city before heading to Diner and drinks.  Thank you LAAC for your Limousine service and even if it was a bit pricey, it was worth it because we got exactly what we wanted and everything was just perfect. read more

Please see photo of email I received. Perhaps there was an error by whomever sent the confirmation, but "toddler seat 2-4" is explicitly stated in the email. This was my confirmation. I am happy to forward the correspondence in it's full form to you. In addition, the Walmart/target that was "7 minutes away," was cited by google maps as being 30 min commute due to the inclement weather. This commute with an inappropriate child seat was considered unsafe by my husband and I. Again, miscommunications occur. And please note I did not call in the following days and request a refund. The husband and I have used this car service twice and have had marvelous experiences each time. Getting to the airport, the pickup has been prompt. When they pick you up at the airport, you send your driver a text message when you get your bags at the baggage claim and they pick you up curbside in about 5 minutes. They will come inside to pick you up too, but we have found that it's more efficient to be picked up curbside. The cars are clean and both of the drivers we have dealt with, Andreas and Sam, have been friendly and courteous. read more

I cannot more highly recommend this car service. I hired them to pick up my sister and 95 year-old mother flying into Atlanta, and drive them to Duluth for a wedding. From my notes to them about this, they already knew that airport wheelchairs and delays would be involved, and also luggage movement. The communication was perfect with both phone calls and update texts, both to me and to my sister. The driver was on time (early actually), as they tracked the flight status, and was greatly helpful getting them to his car. Ok so this is long over do but I'll be visiting again soon so I just had to share..... So This was my first time traveling alone and as a young college female my mom didn't feel comfortable with me taking a taxi and I'm scared of using uber or Lyft alone so she order this company to pick me up and transport me throughout my entire stay in ATL. I was looking for a car service to pick up my 83 year old mother from her home in Cumming, GA (some 30 miles from the airport) with travel to the Atlanta Airport and return service upon her arrival back to Atlanta. The LAAC team was incredible, picking her up at her door, assisting with baggage and making sure she was taken care of every step of the way. I want to especially thank my mother's driver on the return trip to Cumming today, February 8th. Sierra contacted me more than an hour prior to scheduled departure to let me know she would be taking care of my mom, when she would be arriving at the Atlanta Airport, where she would be located and that she would be waiting, with a sign, as I had requested. She then texted me a few minutes prior to my mother's plane landing to let me know she was at the top of the stairs in the baggage claim area. When the plane landed, Sierra texted me again to let me know. Once my she had my mother, she again texted to let me know she was with her and was heading to baggage claim. Once the bags were retrieved, and they were in the car, Sierra again texted to let me know they were leaving, on their way to my mother's home. Once the drop off once complete, Sierra texted to let me know my mother was safe and sound, at home. This was done before my mother had the opportunity to call me herself to make me aware. I travel a lot for both business and personal reasons and I can say without hesitation I will use your service in the future. I chose this service because of all the good reviews, but we just did not have a good experience. The driver seemed nice enough and was on time but the car was just yucky. We chose Executive Luxury Sedan. It looked nice on the outside but was dirty and gross on the inside. Hadn't been vacummed in a long time, weeks old newspaper on the seat, a used napkin and half drunk coke bottle in the cup holder, the reading light torn out of the ceiling with a nasty looking view of where the light used to be. Ugh... we paid $130 for a 40 minute ride in this. Too much money for the car to be so unclean. Will try another company next time. Frustrating. read more

Since I am an avid Yelp user, I chose LAAC based on the other reviews. And I am very glad I did. We were traveling to the airport with round trip service. I had requested our favorite candy bars (just really to see if they would accommodate) and when the limo came to pick us up I was thrilled to see them sitting there! The trip down was perfection in every way, the car was clean and newer and the driver was great. -- When we were picked up at the airport, it was a little different, the car was older than I had expected and the fragrance in the car was SO strong my wife was trying not to breathe in through her nose on the ride back and as small of a detail as it was, no candy! We had gotten spoiled on the trip down. But the driver was very nice and the car was very clean, I just wish it was newer and didn't smell so strongly of air freshener. I just tried to use this service this morning at 9am for an arrival at 7pm tonight. I called their phone number and they stated that I have to use their website, and that they cannot make the reservation via the phone. I need the car for tonight and the website states that the reservation must be made 18 hours ahead of time. It was very confusing to me. So be careful, and realize that this service requires an 18 hour advance notice, which is not unreasonable given its a limo service. It's just not useful for same day requests. read more

He screamed at me when I asked him to repeat himself, calling me rude and hurling many, many expletives at me that can't be repeated here. He then hung-up on me. I used this company for the first time and could not be more impressed. The driver showed up early and texted me to let me know he was available whenever I was ready. I had a lot of bags, stroller, car seat etc and he loaded everything quickly. He helped me strap in my car seat for the ride and was pleasant the whole way to the airport. When we arrived, he took all of my bags to be checked, went inside the lower level check-in, spoke to the agent to explain that he was dropping my items for me to check them in, and waited with the bags until I transferred the baby from the car seat to stroller and made it inside. I find it super stressful to travel with a baby by myself, and he made it seamless for me. And, the cost was ~20% less than what I typically use for my corporate travel, and comparable to the cost of an uber black. I will use this company for all of airport transportation going forward if I continue to receive this level of service! read more
