We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. We stopped by advanced auto parts and they sent us to upper lakes tire who actually helped us. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

I then took it back to them and they fixed it but left the o ring off of the oil cap. This lead to a major loss of oil to my garage floor! Unbelievable all this over a simple oil change. Quaker state in town has never screwed up an oil change for me, I'd take my car there. FEENY will also pressure you to buy and extended warranty when buying your new car there. I did buy an extended warranty at FEENY when I purchased my new car there. I took it in and they said we can call the mopar rep but we don't think it will be covered? Why? It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? Is it because the cars they sell break down that much? Is it because they know I have a warranty they wish not to honor? Not sure but either way not good! ok i would suggest not using this auto sales place, the guy buys auction vehicles does not…read morecertified used working, offers $2k 12 month / 12k miles powertrain extra cost warranty on "as is" vehicles (when normally comes standard) and as soon as the warranty expires or expired on us the engine went on $16k priced 2015 ram pickup 1500 sport time chain went, destroyed the engine, we took it back over to joes auto sales garage like when in the first week of having truck starter went out needed fixed at straight away auto, where we paid $8k financing fee in first place to get truck, told us he could fix it for another $2800 -$3500 to him but my brother lost his job not having working vehicle anymore and since we gave him our car with radiator issues for $5k trade in (does not seem to be reflected in total bill) we got behind on our payments of $30k repay bad deal. and when the truck went up for repo - best guess joe figured we would not be getting it back and would never know but stripped it for parts - ripped engine parts out(engine was shot so already needed engine out) but still stole working engine parts, stole the stereo and other interior stuff and figured when the vehicle went for auction we would never know the things he stole, but my brother got a different working vehicle got his job back, got money to get the vehicle back from repo and when it got home we now know traced back to last known it was still in good condition but allege joe(seems to fit evidence) stole parts to get some other auction truck working to sell more shady sales, so my advice "never buy an un certified pre owned vehicle" - "always buy certified pre owned vehicles with 18% apr bank loan do not get financing with credit acceptance- unless you want to pay like 29% interest" stay away from this place - it is the last of the old shady used car sale-mans kind of place you see in movies, where if he could he would roll back the odometer.. stay away!!! or go here at your own risk, i would suggest right after leave here if make the mistake of going here - get "car shield" or "endurance" - but be warned car shield claims to pay whole repair bill but they still hit you with 20% of the bill on repair, granted 20% of bill out of pocket is better then 100% - but you been warned.
