We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? They replaced the spark plugs, but during that process they damaged the valve covers. About 10 months later, the damage led to an oil leak. I had my trusted mechanic downstate look at it, and he told me the valve covers had clearly been damaged during that original service and recommended I request a refund. April 2026: I returned to the shop and showed the owner, Diana, the faulty parts. At that time, she acknowledged the issue and said she believed we deserved some money back for the mistake. May 2026: When we followed up, we spoke with Pat (the owner), and the conversation went completely differently. Pat immediately became confrontational and started yelling, saying he "don't give refund checks." Instead, he expected us to drive the truck 250 miles--while it's leaking oil--so he could fix the problem he created himself. The attitude and lack of professionalism were honestly shocking. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the poor workmanship and the way we were treated afterward, I would not recommend this shop.

I found Bob Mathers Ford when searching in Maps and they were only 2 blocks away! I called and Allen responded by walking to my car with a jump starter, but it didn't help. He then recruited a mechanic, Doc, to come assist. They pulled the battery to run tests on it and found out it needed to be replaced. They carried the old one 2 blocks to their shop & a new one 2 blocks back to install it for me. Started right up. Best customer service I've had in awhile and they really went out of their way to serve me. Can't say how grateful I am that they got me back on the road so quickly when I could've been baking in the sun all day waiting for help. I highly recommend them and, based on my experience, expect that they provide equally good service for their car buying customers.

We drove to multiple places that ended up being closed and got referred to upper lakes tire. Thank goodness! Brian was beyond helpful! Even though he said he didn't do much with diagnosing, he came out and ran the codes for us. This is a common problem so he was able to clear the code for us so we can get home and get it back to the dealer who gave us the warranty. To top it off, he didn't even charge us! Thank you Brian and the staff at upper lakes tire, highly recommend!

My brother suggested this place and when I called they said they could get the tires and install them that day (even though it was Christmas Eve if I remember correctly) - AWESOME! I took my car in and they completed the work promptly. I was happy with everything. Fast forward about 6 months and I was due for routine maintenance at the dealership (Lexus). Shortly after I dropped it off, they called to ask if I'd recently gotten new tires. I informed them that I had and they told me that whomever had installed them had broken the hub lock. They gave me the broken piece when I came to pick up my car and it was covered in rust where it was broken, so I believe that they (Lexus dealership) didn't break it themselves and try to pass it off as someone else's mistake. Anyway, it cost me $160 to replace it! Also, they told me that I'm lucky I didn't get a flat while I was driving because neither I or the tow truck guy would have been able to remove the tire due to the broken part. Giving 2 stars because they WERE able to accommodate me during the holidays and I appreciate that. However, to let me drive off knowing (they knew...) they'd broken that part is AWFUL. I could have been stranded! I totally understand that mistakes happen, such is life. But to not fess-up and make it right? Sorry, but that's just bad business.
