Mr. Nelson looked it over and quickly determined that the printer was fine, it was the new toner cartridge that was bad. He replaced it with one from his supply and everything now works well. Who knew that you could get not one but two defective official HP cartridges in the same shipment from Amazon?? When their machine is supposed to 3 hole punch down the side, it two hole punches along the top. Service says "it is what it is" and refuses to fix it. They cripple the toner output to save themselves money on the the supplies when you are paying for a click rate contract. We purchased a 20k+ Sharp machine and it is the single worst purchase we have made in 25 years. The machine was probably OK, the service and attitudes were definitely not. In our opinion, run like the wind. We were able to return the machine and will never do business with Les Olson again.

My new living room couch was delivered today and I simply couldn't be more thrilled. Jen was wonderful when we came in and made the purchase a few months ago and was kind in keeping me updated on its progress, as it came in from Italy. I have always been kindly treated when entering the store, offered coffee or water, and am left alone unless I tell them I need help. That's the way I like it.
