However, on the very last step of assembly (:pulling the plastic off the backing of the chair), we discovered about a 1 inch slice through the leather. Knowing that the return policy required an unassembled item for a full refund/exchange, I was a bit nervous about how much of a hassle the return process would be. We gave this location, a call, and they told us to bring the assembled item in the box to the store and they would help us out. We showed up and the process could not have been more easy and smooth. Abraham, the manager, was so kind and understanding about the situation. The resolution was very smooth and we were able to get a refund in full. Having issues with a large ticket items is never fun, but the customer service of this location was outstanding! The customer service warrants a 5 star for this location!

We purchased a 20k+ Sharp machine and it is the single worst purchase we have made in 25 years. The machine was probably OK, the service and attitudes were definitely not.
