I was planning this event from Boise, so communication could only be completed via phone and email I contacted this business over a month in advance to explain my needs, get pricing and ensure everything was ready to go the day of my event. From the get-go I felt uneasy about the professionalism of this business. My initial phone conversation left me with instruction to call back or send an email to "Britnee" as I was told she was the person who handled party rentals. Confusing to me, as I assumed calling a party rental store would mean anyone who answered could give me pricing for party rental needs. But I didn't complain or ask questions, and did as instructed. It took over a week and a follow up phone call to get my initial quote. Each time I attempted to phone or email for additional information, the response was always Britnee was not there and she was the only one who knew about my order OR a slow return email when I contacted this way. I called two days before the event to confirm my order and the time of delivery and pick up. I was assured everything was there (even though they didn't have the order in front of them) and told Britnee was not available but would call back to confirm delivery times. They never called to confirm delivery time, but did call the day of the event to ask for the remainder of my money before they would deliver. My two objectives for hiring this rental company were 1) to rent items I needed that the facility did not have and 2) to have the company take care of setting up the items as quite honestly I just didn't have the time to do it myself. So I was quite surprised when the two people that arrived to deliver and set up my items, seemed physically incapable of doing so in an efficient manner. They were there not more than 15 minutes when I was told the hour I paid for had already come and gone and questioned if I wanted them to keep going. My first thought, was how did I already pay for 1 hour and my second thought was if I said no, would they just drive off with the items they hadn't unloaded?? It was explained that some of the items I rented had to sub-rent elsewhere and I was charged for their time to drive to the other location and pick those items up. Long story short, I had to call the rental company and give them my credit card number, in order to get them to continue working. (Side note: I was told AGAIN Britnee is who I should talk to with questions and concerns and she wasn't there). Amongst all this chaos I was then informed that the delivery people had somewhere else they had to be in 30 minutes and asked that I choose what I wanted them to accomplish in the few minutes they had left. Needless to say, I ended up busting my butt to set all the items up myself as they didn't have the time to do it. I did finally receive a phone call from Britnee, who was very apologetic and did promise to do her best to make the situation right. She informed me the delivery drivers were actually the owners, there was miscommunication somewhere about what I needed done and that she personally would handle the pick up to ensure it was done in an efficient manner. She did as she promised and did not charge me for the additional time I was required to pay earlier in the day for inefficiency. There are so many things wrong with this business, it just boggles my mind. I honestly felt like the basic items I needed and the request to have it delivered and set up was so out of their norm they didn't even know how to effectively plan for it. I feel sorry for poor Britnee, as it appears a lot of different hats get put on her plate and she gets spread way too thin. Which in the end, causes the business to suffer even more. My advice: hire some strong, young college students to do the deliveries, hire two more people to oversee the sales and give poor Britnee a vacation!

Hidden gem! This is a WONDERFUL little cozy place in Lava Hot Springs. It was my first time in the…read morearea and I really didn't know what to expect. We were driving down from Montana and got caught up in a storm so our check in time was going to be extremely late (midnight). Called the office and they were extremely accommodating. The room is secured by a keypad with a unique code given to you at check in which they gave me over the phone. The staff over the phone and in person the next day was very friendly. The room(#7) was the perfect touch of warmth and cozy feeling we needed after such a long drive. There is a pretty big mini fridge and microwave in the room. The TV is a smart TV and has dish network with several channel options. The room was very clean and decorated with cute alpaca pictures and alpaca rugs. The bathroom has a full size tub, full size 32 oz tresemme shampoo/conditioner, small hair dryer, full size pump of hand soap and lotion (see pic). The beds are extremely comfortable and they even give you extra pillows besides the ones on the bed. Inside the rooms the ac has been updated as well (see pic) and is remote controlled for easy on/off option. Each room has their own little coffee station with real mugs. Outside of each room is a small patio table and chairs for two, so you can sit and enjoy your coffee. If you prefer to stay inside to drink your coffee there is a nice comfy rocking chair. I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Just a little off the Main Street but still close enough to restaurants and bars. Close enough to walk to. Which was really nice and convenient when you're driving a big truck and you don't feel like pulling in and out of the crowded areas. Plus for us, on that part haha. The room is spacey and barn house feel but really cozy and warm. The ceilings are high so we didn't feel like we were crushed in a small room. The bathroom was spacious and I love that they advertise items for sale inside the room. The bed was comfy but I ended up on the couch lol because my son fell asleep in my spot on the bed next to my husband. We didn't even stay up for the count down. I did hear the fire works while I was dozing off into sleep. It was nice a quiet. The host was really cool and friendly. Got me checked in quickly and smoothly. Check out was also quick. I liked that they had a card and keyless entry door. That solves card problems if it doesn't work and the host is out, yeah! Been there done that. Not having to worry about where the card is or where I put it saves me so much stress. Believe me, I'm so distracted with other things that I'll end up leaving my key cards in the room! Lol! Anyway, don't take my word for it, staying here is recommend. We'll definitely be back.
