My family and I have been doing business with Dellart Floral for at least 15 years. I called to have flowers delivered out of state. They had a computer issue and my flowers didn't get delivered. One phone call and the owner and her staff took care of the issue within minutes. My beautiful bouquet was delivered with in the hour. Hands down.... THE BEST FLORAL SHOP in Pocatello. I have received numerous bouquets from this business over the last 5 years. They do arrive looking good, however the roses are blown which means they wilt within two days. One bouquet has leaves shoved into the water which means they will rot and the flowers will die prematurely. So sad that my friends and family have wasted money on this establishment. read more

Very disappointed. 1) didn't get a return phone call - got the answering machine during normal business hours. 2) when placed an online order the arrangement wasn't anything like the pic depicted on website. Color, type, style, quantity of flowers were entirely inferior. FTD should monitor their product name more closely. Unfortunately Dellart Atkin didn't meet the minimum standards in my opinion. read more

I called to order flowers for a friend's funeral. They didn't have the flowers that I wanted, so we decided on a different arrangement. When the arrangement was delivered to the funeral, every single lily (which was the primary flower of the arrangement) was a solid closed bud. Not a single one was open! Who would send that to a funeral? I can see sending that to a home because the flowers would open during the week and be pretty, but TO A FUNERAL? They are looked at for an hour and then put on a grave! It was a total waste. When I asked for a refund, they told me to get lost. I have filed formal complaints to the State Atty General, the BBB, the chamber of comerce, as well as FTD. Poor way to do business. read more

I would give no stars if it would let me.. I am so very disappointed with the flowers I received from Dellart Floral. My husband ordered flowers from this shop for me for our anniversary and they were supposed to be delivered on August 8th (our anniversary) and after many calls they weren't delivered until August 12th!!! I was so excited to finally get my flowers that I was waiting outside for them and what I got was so disappointing. My husband ordered me a large bouquet with sunflowers, lilys, green poms, pink tulips, and a few other flowers I'm not sure of the name of, and the bouquet that showed up had 3 roses (he didn't order any roses) 2 carnations (he didn't order carnations either) and 3 sunflowers. This is a fraction of the flowers that were supposed to be in the giant arrangement he thought he was ordering. The fern that accompanied the flowers was dried up and dead and the water in the vase was brown and slimy. Obviously this arrangement has been sitting in their fridge for a while... The roses were already all bloomed out and starting to wilt. I'm so sad and disappointed. I haven't seen my husband in months and won't get to see him until December so for him to make the effort to send me something special from far away and have it totally ruined has been an awful experience. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from Dellart Floral! read more
