The cleaner could see my husband working there and never said a word and they never called to say: you need to move equipment so we can get in to clean. He made eye contact with her one time right before she drove off so I know she saw him and had the opportunity to say something. Also they never filled the hand sanitizer as promised until the woman was replaced with someone else. When I called to have them pick up the toilet, manager told me she'd send me an updated bill since we had an early pickup. She never did and I just received a bill (6 months later) stating it's due in full (still not a reduced amount) And saying they are going to send us to collections. I called and they have been less than friendly about it, claiming to have sent the bill. Told me she'd have the manager call me. Never heard from manager so called again and was told she'd talked to the manager and the manager had sent out the bill back in June. I did not receive it! Manager had NO intention of calling me back. Simply put, they do not care and have 0 customer service on top of the fact that they do NOT provide the service promises.

It all started when our 30 year-old furnace bit the dust. We are the original owners of our house,…read moreand the furnace lasted this whole time -- 10 years over expectations!! Well, we decided to put a new Carrier furnace in since it had the same footprint. We went with Barlow's Aire Force One because we like to use our local businesses and they had been recommended to us. They did a great job!! Even though there was a bad part in the new furnace from the factory, they came out the next day and replaced it. Then when it still wouldn't work, they came out the following day as well.... That was 3 days in a row. They found a wiring problem that had been there from day 1 when the house was built!! The old style furnace had shown a problem, but we worked around it without knowing what the problem was. I was totally impressed that they were able to find the electrical problem since it was in such a hidden place. The new furnace had blown a fuse because of our old problem. With the fuse replacement and the fixed wiring, the furnace has worked now for 2 1/2 months without any problems. As part of the furnace installation, we had them put a coil in the furnace with the expectation to put air conditioning in our house. We had wired the house when it was built for air conditioning but had never completed it. This week, we had them come and complete the air conditioner installation with the compressor and connection to the new furnace. The air conditioner tested out great! During the whole process of both the furnace and the air conditioner installations, the whole team, from the owner, Wayne, to the installation crew, headed by Mark, and the secretaries were very knowledgeable and answered our questions, giving us the advice and direction we needed. They even gave us a "heads up" about price increases and we were able to "lock-in" the lower price. Thanks Aire Force One..... We felt "presidential" during the whole process.

A technician came out, serviced the unit, and identified the issue: a faulty blower. He provided a quote for the replacement, which I approved immediately. That's when the problems began. Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.
