In 2008 they delivered a large 2000 sq foot storage unit to our property. So we have a very long history with Ameritech. The entire team is wonderful and very trustworthy, Mike, Jeff, Christina ,Donna and Mike's Dad and their crew, have always been truthful, upfront and provided excellent professional work. The only reason we didn't have them build a home for us was we had a time crunch. I can truly and highly recommend this company. They stand behind their word ( a hand shake trust which is hard to find these days) and get the job done! Our last delivery with them was very tricky with the space we had to work with to get the large home down the drive. They had the equipment and knowledge to tackle it and do it correctly with no damage. I honestly do not believe any other company could have achieved what they did. They are doing some other work for us as well, we always call them for our needs. Local hometown business! You can't go wrong with Ameritech.

On Dec. 6 (two days before the promised completion date) I called the state of Florida to see if they had even applied for a permit--they had not. Later that same day a girl called to say they couldn't possibly make their promised date by Dec. 8 and said it was because of the "all" the rains and inclement weather in November (what a joke!). I asked for my deposit back. I didn't hear back, so about a week and a half later, I wrote a negative review (Google). I got a call from Andrew who told me he would have Mr. Walker cut a check and he would personally bring it by THAT afternoon. That was weeks ago. No call, no response to my e-mail, no "check in the mail". BUYER BEWARE!!!
