I'm just letting you, a potential buy to beware of Dovi and empty commitments.

Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. Considering all the time he was here fixing all the problems the cost was very reasonable as well. Fortunately, Gary is very persistent and all is well now. If Gary and his team did not fix the damage there may have been a safety issue for myself, family, and friends. The screens are functioning well now and I am now a very happy person.
