Callahan Pest Control then uses Insect Traps with gel inside that you can buy at the store for $5 a box for outdoor treatment. I had mice in my house and they never made an effort to fix the problem of how and where the mice were getting in. All Callahan's Pest Control did was come and dropped rat poison in the house for them to eat which led to a smelly dead mouse in basement. Callahan's Pest Control doesn't address the "real problem" of how the mice are getting in your house in the first place. They did not use glue traps or regular rat traps. I'm going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. You will be better off buying rat poison packets and insect gel packs yourself at the store. Make sure to put the rat poison packets on something that will collect all the poison debris when mice tear into them. Then insect bait traps with gel inside go outside on any ant trails. Or you could call a reputable Pest Control Company that actually uses wire mesh, inspects your gutters and walls for holes, uses sticky traps instead of poison, and actually sprays for pest outside with stuff you can't buy yourself in the store.

I had the crawlspace inspected in September and they found active termite infestation. There were several mud tubes and damage to the subfloor. I called Mark. It took a week for him to respond. He said that an inspection should have been performed to make sure the treatment worked. He never performed that inspection. He suggested a second treatment. Since the first one was ineffective, why would I have him do a second one? I told him I wanted a refund. I even suggested that he could deduct the cost of the product. That was over three weeks ago and I am still waiting. I would give this company zero stars if I could! Beware. My next stop will be small claims court and the Better Business Bureau.

The technician spoke in a rude and dismissive way, to my 10-year-old daughter when she was telling him simply " there is a bee upstairs flying around and my mommy is going to kill it " his response to my daughter was " ok I do not need to know that which I found completely unacceptable. Than " proceeded to walk pass her didn't attempt to kill the bee or pick up the dead ones in my home. He also told me that the bees are not coming through the vents when I told him that my children and I have seen them coming out of the vents and my upstairs and downstairs sliding doors. My 11 year old daughter noticed him using my ladder without ever asking for permission to do so. When I asked if that was my ladder he was on, he got an attitude and said, "So you want me to go all the way downstairs to get mine?" That was not only disrespectful, but also careless since this is my personal property inside my home. Instead of apologizing or simply using his own equipment, he got upset. He told me to "hold on," so I thought he was going to get his ladder. Instead, he just left my home altogether leaving both my back door and my front door wide open as he walked out.
