Called Jerry to set up appointment, no answer but left him a voice mail. Later he texted me, "send me your address I can come out tomorrow (Monday) afternoon. Took off work and NO SHOW. I texted him around 5 are you still coming? He called me right back and said I live too far out from where he was. Preceeded to say I can probably come Tuesday since I will be up that way. Super service... I had a four tiered hornets nest in a tree I was bitten 3 times. I contacted Jerry at 6PM and in 45 minutes the hornets and their nest were GONE!!!!! I am 9 days past their 60 day policy and they said they would have to charge me a 150 to come back out and take care of the issue that I paid to take care of the first time this year. My husband called 4 other companies who gave higher quotes and wouldn't tell us exactly what we were getting. Jerry was forthright and honest from the start. Jerry (and his son Jerry) just left. They set traps and told us to call when the pests are caught. Only asked us for half of the payment - we'll pay the other half when the job is done. Super honest! I can't say enough good things about Jerry and Aardvark Pest Control. I called to get an estimate for a preventative termite treatment before I purchase the house. I spoke with Jerry at 2pm and he drove 30 minutes to my house that same day after finishing another job. His estimate was very fair and his explanation of everything he would do was concise and easy to understand. He came with his son to complete the work, arriving 15 minutes ahead of our appointment time, and got right to work. I watched them treat the exterior of the house and they were very thorough. He also went inside my garage to treat the floor and I asked him if he wouldn't mind drilling a few holes to penetrate the slab under the garage. He did it without hesitation and also filled the holes back in before he left. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Jerry and his son to anyone looking for pest control or treatment.
