It was so much more pleasant than going to "the doctor's office" because everyone there treated me more like a friend than just a customer. To even ask my wife more than once as she waited in the waiting room for me if she needed help or would like a drink of water. My wife used their services about a year ago and she had the same experience there that I had. We both highly recommend them.

The Bruce Rd. site is a much nicer build, but let me tell ya, this place is a hot mess. As soon as we stepped in the door we were berated for not masking up. No help from that employee on how/where to check-in though. There's no front desk, so we had to ask a passing employee where to go/how to check-in. Again, there's no front desk, Just an end table with a stack of clipboards with forms to fill out. There's no one to take your clipboard when you're done either. You just stand there waiting for someone to come and take it. The medical staff are ok, but everything is billed separately. You get a Enloe bill for the "facility." Another bill for the physician. If you get X-Rays there a bill for that, plus a separate bill for the radiologist that reads the X-rays. They often ship that out of state (which means it's not in your insurance provider group), and therefore will cost you significantly more...and there's nothing you can do about it. Enloe used to be a great hospital/company. I worked there for many years and was proud of the patient care and customer service we provided. Apparently, they've been resting on their laurels because things have definitely changed, and not for the better.

For that reason, be sure to arrive as early as possible to ensure that you're seen in a timely manner. Yes, it does get packed, and you have to wait your turn. Be patient, please. Provided that you arrived within that 3-hour time frame, they will see you. Doesn't matter how late they have to stay, they will see everyone who arrived within that time frame. They typically have 1 doctor and a 1 nurse on site. They can treat many general ailments you might be having. That being said, if you have a really severe ailment, they'll recommend you go somewhere else. They also offer mental health services. Free food and clothing are also offered to those in need, which I just find to be spectacular. The main reason I come here is because they offer free healthcare services. They turn no one away, and Dr. Logan is a phenomenal doctor, and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to your problems and takes time out of his busy schedule to help those uninsured individuals get the medical help they need.

I arrived when I was told to. Filled out my paperwork and was called back to the room like in less than 10 minutes. The nurse who did the intake was warm and professional... cute too. Arrive to appointment at 3:45pm. Last week parent and child were not seen till 5:08 PM, out of the building at 5:17pm for a 4PM appointment. This week, sibling to previous child, same type of appointment. It's 5:24pm and they are still WAITING!! Why make an appt for 4PM if you are not going to see the pt till 5PM or later!! Make the appt for 4:30 or 4:45!! Thank goodness the parent didn't have to use their PTO to bring the child this appt!! Do better Adv. Health!! Poor service!!

It is painfully obvious that the organization as a whole is not concerned with the upkeep of the East Ave building. It is clean but without the amenities that some of the newer clinics have. For instance the air conditioner works only sporadically, and the ADA doors are not compliant when they work. However, the care I received there far out weighs the disappointments of the building and lack or parking. While the medical and dental departments work well, the care received by the Dentists was less than stellar. I did not experience care from the behavioral health unit, but I always heard good feedback about their care.

She was very calm and sweet, offering personal experiences similar to what my daughter was going through, and did a great job at not making my daughter any more worries or stressed. Dr Whitman was great! Kept us informed, thoroughly answered all questions, was very patient and kind, and handled my Dr sister who was with me very well. What was a very scary experience for me as a mother, and my daughter not knowing what was going on with her and why she wasn't getting better, was handled in the best way that calmed us both. All went very well and my finger is nearly completely healed. Approximately 10 years ago Dr. Konkin repaired a painful left clavicle seatbelt injury for me. I personally would never go here because I have heard some terrible stories about this place ( go to Enloe). I took my friend in early ( no appointment needed..her doctor called in the order). It was surprisingly clean and not crowded. The building itself is dated and could use a good makeover. The big new glass building next to it ( which I thought I was driving her to) is still not open. After she signed in it was less than 15 minutes to get the chest xay. The techs were very friendly and professional! She had a good experience and we were in and out quickly! There was plenty of parking up front in the morning. I am grateful it was easy and not a long wait ( go early is the key).

How I imagine the mental words of the mid-century probably looked and maybe this was one of them. The nurses were all nice. Never interacted with a doctor. The bitch who writes out the stickers for the name tags when you enter, look me up and down, frowned the whole time, and I was trying to counteract your negativity and cuntfactor with smiles and I laughed at one point because someone was down there making absolutely bizarre noises come on and you couldn't get even the slightest mark from this total bitch. Someone really screwed up making her the person people see first.
