He has already doubled our out-of-pocket bill and we have already had to call out two different companies to put a bandaid on our system to give us temporary relief and have paid over $1000 between the two. We have a disabled 5 year old that we have had to buy portable A/c unites to keep cool. That has another $500. Why won't this guy answer our calls, the calls from our insurance and why does he come up with excuses to not show up? Is it a race thing? Is it because we're short, round and brown? And he's a tall Scottish? Is he not making enough money from us that we aren't worth it? I will be reporting this company to the BBB and FTC.

The owner told me I needed to call the home warranty company and get them to send the authorization. I called and they said they sent them the authorization and gave me the authorization number. I gave the number to Caledonian, but he said that wasn't good enough. The home warranty company sent them the approval again and copied us. We have reached out by phone, no answer. We then left messages on their website, no response. We have called every day and no response. We have suffered through high temperatures and eventually had to buy a portable AC Unit at $600. Unfortunately it doesn't cover the whole house. We are miserable and so is Caledonian's service. Do not use them.

I texted the RobinAir number not expecting to hear back within a day in the least but within a…read moreminute or two of me texting their number I was immediately called by their owner Scott who not only took the time to answer all of my questions about prices but also further gave me a rundown of what some of these issues meant, around how much solving each issue would cost as well as some other probabilities of what it could possibly be. Our AC unit is extremely old and is the original one that came with the house but she's never given us any trouble until today. Overall right out of the gate Scott was already making things a little less confusing than what they already were as well as being an overall friendly man. On top of that rather than upselling himself and his company which I feel is just pushy sometimes when other companies do it, he said that if I still wanted to "shop around" to other places that it was alright but if I decided I wanted to go with them they could have someone here today and to give them a call back. Which to say the least was a surprise. It felt like I was just talking to a friend rather than a business. I had said I'd need to talk to my family about the cost and that we'd call him back if need be. We agreed that on top of the great customer service and the amazing reviews it seemed like our best bet. I had called back around 12pm so around lunchtime and not only did he say he could get someone out there between 12-3pm they showed up at 1:30 so we waited an hour tops. We were even surprised with how fast they had shown up the waters we put in the fridge for them weren't even cold yet is how fast they showed up. The technician sent out was Jacob Herrera who overall was a really great guy; he was cracking jokes about how he already knows he's going to be sweating real bad once he got out to the unit and even when he got it all done and fixed he was like "Oooh this living room one is nice I could stand under this one all day" which I definitely do so I get it indefinitely. It wasn't that uncomfortable silence that usually happens when people come to fix things. Within 20 minutes of him arriving he fixed it and had our AC running back to normal, we paid and he was gone as quick as he came. Overall I'd highly recommend RobinAir the reviews do NOT lie people. Amazing service. Amazing people. They don't upsell you at all or make you feel like you need to get a service for something you don't need. Definitely saved their number for any future concerns with our AC. Then they just did a full AC/furnace replacement on my current house, which is an older house and had a terribly old AC/furnace. They did such an incredible job. The whole process was awesome. They double checked everything prior to getting me a quote so there were no surprises, they went over everything prior to and let me know anywhere where there might be extra charges, they were awesome during the install walking me through everything, super neat while they did all their work, very quick considering the amount of work they did. And the quality of everything they touched is amazing, they really care about their workmanship. I'm just so please with everything they did outside around the AC and in the furnace closet. It's just 1000x better than what it was.

My 28 year old HVAC unit was in urgent need of being replaced. I called Ken Mitchell who sent out a…read moretechnician to diagnose the unit and evaluate the roof area for a replacement. Ken recommended a Goodman package unit as a replacement with the SEER ratings I wanted. The price was very reasonable and the unit is covered by an excellent warranty. I called on a Tuesday, the technician came on Wednesday, and the unit was installed on Friday. In addition to the unit, a new intake grille was installed, along with 3 smoke detectors in each bedroom, and a carbon monoxide detector by the intake duct. Ken was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was informed and understood every step in the process. We appreciate Ken and Mitchell Aire employees for all they did.
