We had lee's plumbing and heating come out to look at our unit. They said it needed all this work and it was really in bad shape and it was gonna cost 9500. So I called Jeremy. He came out and looked at the unit was very honest and said you have nothing wrong with your unit so I would highly recommend Jeremy patches heating. He's reliable and honest and doesn't want to just sell you something to make money like Lee's plumbing and heating. I would never advise anybody to buy anything from them. Had Jeremy come out and take a look at the A/C heating unit we have at a condo in Fresno. There was a bit of work to be done on it. A switch/sensor was out for the heat part of the unit - he fixed just the part and was honest and upfront about the parts and the time/cost. The unit had another issue when the A/C cooling he came out and it was a more expensive repair of the compressor - but again a good price for the parts and the labor. The unit had issues again - and this time another vendor took a look at the unit and that "clown's" assessment was that the unit had 80% of the parts that were new and replaced, and that there was no cause of the issue with the A/C not cooling but that I should spend $12,000 to replace the whole thing. What? Jeremy came out and checked things over - the unit was just dirty and need a good cleaning. He did it as part of the warranty on the last fix and the unit is golden. Jeremy Patch came to our Squaw Valley home to check the HVAC blower motor as we had been smelling smoke inside. He replaced the blower motor, cleaned HVAC coils and cooling fins. He found a lot of smoke residue and ash in the unit, which he cleaned out. He also replaced the return air filter inside the house. System works fine, seems to be cooling better and no smoke smell! My A/C unit started making a strange humming sound every minute and the air stopped blowing out of the vents. I requested a quote from yelp and Jeremy was the first to reply. I was a little weary since there were no reviews but took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised.
