My A/C was not giving enough cooling. I called Bill and he appeared the same day with in few hours. He diagnosed that the refrigerant level is less in my A/C unit and refilled it. After few days we got in to the same issue of getting less cooling. I called him again and he found that there is a leak in the unit and suggested to replace the unit as it is very old or to try using sealant. He also refilled the refrigerant again free of cost to manage the heat wave of the day. This refilled refrigerant will last for the next few days before I replace the unit. He is very reliable, honest and reasonable with his charges. I highly recommend him. read more

Bill came out in a very timely manner, fixed our first unit for a fair price, and was able to fix our second unit as well. Previous estimates had simply told us that we'd need to replace the whole unit because it's too old but Bill didn't even suggest that and was able to replace the needed part for less than a tenth of a new unit. When I thought something had gone wrong and brought up a concern, he insisted on coming out immediately to check and make sure everything was okay, even though I told him that I thought the problem had resolved itself. This was on a Friday after work hours! To top it off, he fixed my window since he was on my roof anyway! I highly recommend Bill and will be sharing his name with my friends and family. read more

Bill called me back within 1 hour of leaving a message. I explained my situation and he mentioned that he didnt do evaporative cooler repair any longer but he was familiar with the electrical issues. He was very patient, listened to what I had already gone through and pointed me in the right direction. Turned out that my unit was shorting out after installing a new motor because the wiring in the hvac junction box was crossing. I rewired it according to his verbal specifications and low and behold.... it works! Not only was it the right answer, but he was willing to provide the pointers to me over the phone since I was already3/4 of the way complete with it - and was free of charge since he didnt do the HVAC repair any longer. Thank you for your kindness and willing to spend the extra time pointing me in the right direction as I am not an electrician, but now I feel like one! My AC was working fine but was making a loud screeching noise intermittently during a mid summer heat wave. Advanced Hearing and Air were able to come out three days sooner than any other company. Micah was extremely polite and professional. Ended up our system just needed a good cleaning, which he included with the service charge. He also tightened all our screws, and rewrapped our hoses. He didn't try to rush out even though it was 106 while he was working outside. Before leaving he advised us on how to keep everything tip top into the future. Very pleased with their service. "We're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave." And what a bad time for the AC to go out -- not only because it is god awful hot, but everyone in Fresno is having trouble and needing service. I called many repair services and was told they could not get to me for 5-7 days (my wife would have left me by then). I called Bill and he got me in within 36 hours. And... surprise...Bill is no longer a one man operation as one post reported. He now has an assistant, Micah. Micah was running late and was going to miss the two hour window Bill had given me over the phone, but he called and told me he was late (great personal attention, right?) and when I could expect him. He was at my home within 5 minutes of his estimate. Micah, too, was very personable and professional. He asked me several questions and got right to his task which he completed quickly notwithstanding the fact that he had to leave to get a part.
