It feels more like a massage than an adjustment, but lo and behold she does adjust things, because she removes the pain and often the problem. Over the years, when I've had a join problem or an injury, I will ask Dr. Gelles to take a "look" at the area, post traditional-doctor treatment. Her gentle ministrations always put things back on track (sometimes literally!), and I wonder what kind of shape I would be in if I wasn't going to her. She is a treasure.
