The selection is good, but not great compared to other stores in the area. They seem to have expanded their space lately, so maybe that'll change soon. In my experiences the staff is not outright rude but they're not exactly nice. They always look at me as if my ID is fake (it's not) and I'm lying about my age (I'm not). Maybe I look young, but that's not cool. Again, compared to other stores in the area, they seem to be the most weary of me, which is annoying. I'm not sure if Poughkeepsie Wine and Liquor has events on certain days like other stores do, but I don't think so. Overall, a good and convenient place to go, but does the bare minimum.
