They were out the same day, even though we were not in a huge hurry to get the work done. Elijah easily got down into the space that I have never entered, and found the problem within 15 seconds. He told us he could fix it that day, and would return after getting some parts. He had it finished quickly and correctly. He also suggested foam insulation around the pipe and I had a can of it handy, and he did that for us, saving me from exploring that area of my home that I honestly hope I never have to go down to. Communication was a bit challenging, and I was frustrated when I asked for a call before he came only to wake up early one morning to learn he was already up on the roof. But it was so cheap! Unfortunately, it was wasted money. Richard's work did not make any difference in my roof's leak. When I asked him what he would do about it he said he had done more than we had agreed on already, and then criticized his own tactics and tried to imply they were my fault. Needless to say it did not end well between us. I cannot support a contractor who will not stand by their own advice and techniques.
