The service has always been great and they always ask if I want to talk with the pharmacist or have any questions. What I love is there genuine about the question. Baldwin Pharmacy also has a well stocked over the counter section and reasonable prices. Lots of staff on hand to keep things moving so really I haven't had a long wait time either. The building they're in also has doctors offices, quest labs for blood work, radiology department and a central waiting area for elderly pick up and drop off. They have a pull up area and a side entry to the pharmacy for quick pickup or drop-off. Nice parking lot to accommodate a quick in and out. I've enjoyed this pharmacy and I think you'll love them as well.

The location was convenient, though, so I called 'em up. The first thing you'll notice about this office is that you've probably never noticed it before. I spent all of my childhood and most of my adult life carousing around Davison, and when I got the address to Harris Eye Care I had to use Google Street view to figure out where it was located. Turns out the office is a little unassuming red house sandwiched between the Hungry Howie's / Dry Cleaning plaza and Arby's, right off of M-15. Prime location for Davison residents! The office may be small, but the space inside is used pretty well. The front desk women are great -- very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only are they scheduling wizards, but I also witnessed them attempting to fix the screen door and tackling various insurance issues, all the while juggling an impressive volume of phone calls and walk ins. Even more impressive: when I was waiting to see the doctor's assistant, Dr. Harris himself came out into the waiting room to go over my new patient paperwork. He's friendly and very personable, and I really appreciated the extra few minutes of pre-appointment introduction that he made a point to do. After the exam, he explained all kinds of options for contact fittings and gave me samples to try out at home.

Dr. Schulte diagnosed my son with accommodative dysfunction and recommended vision therapy. After calling the recommended vision therapy places, I was discouraged to find out the service cost was unaffordable and out of pocket only. After research, I discovered Corewell Vision Clinic. I was able to obtain the vision therapy there with the script written by Dr. Schulte and covered by insurance. Several weeks into therapy, the vision OT informed me that Dr. Schulte was not responding to the vision therapy evaluations being sent to her, thus they were unable to bill insurance. Both the vision OT and supervisor tried calling her office to speak to her and she refused. She also refused to sign the evaluations so my son's therapy was disrupted. Fortunately, after speaking with my son's pediatrician, he agreed to oversea the rehab until I was able to get in to see an ophthalmologist affiliated with Corewell. I am livid! Completely unprofessional and in my opinion unethical. I will not continue as a patient there. I will never recommend this place of business. It is unfortunate because the staff, including the other optometrist have been wonderful. I cannot say the same about Dr. Schulte!

If there's a place out there with more selection, better prices and more competent, friendly staff, I have yet to find it and doubt I ever will. If you're a smoker, this place is a DESTINATION, to be sure! For starters, the store is IMMACULATE. The shelves/displays are always stocked full not because stock isn't selling, but because the staff are constantly restocking! Speaking of staff, they are beyond friendly and knowledgeable. You are always warmly greeted when entering the store - they are HAPPY you're there and very proud of their store! As far as RYO selection (my primary reason for visiting), SP has the biggest and best selection of tobacco, tubes and supplies, second only to the best online stores. When you figure shipping costs into online shopping, SP is highly competitive and has the advantage of the customer knowing they're buying fresh, properly hydrated tobacco and not low-turnover stuff that's been sitting in a crappy environment drying out. (As a highly respected online store says, "Squeeze the bag; If it sounds like potato chips, don't buy it because it's all dried out.") You also don't have to worry that your tubes will arrive crushed and beaten up! The tobacco I've purchased from SP has always been nice and fresh/hydrated and the tubes in pristine condition! In addition to the major RYO "Pipe Tobacco" brands (OHM, Privateer, Kentucky Select, Gambler, etc), they also carry a nice selection of "Cigarette Tobacco" such as Drum, American Spirit, Bugler and Peter Stokkebye. Their selection of tubes is unbelievable! SP also carries a HUGE selection of "standard fare", manufactured cigarettes, many of which are "off-brand". For cigar smokers, a large humidor room boasts top names such as Macanudo, H. Upmann, My Father, Montecristo, CAO and many more. SP also has a section for Pipe smokers which includes large jars of by-the-ounce tobaccos as well as the "standard" offerings like Captain Black, Half & Half and Prince Albert as well as a good selection of supplies and a few pipes. A large chunk of the square footage, as with a lot of smoke shops these days, is dedicated to vape juices/vaping supplies and cannabis smoking paraphernalia. As these areas are located away from my areas of interest, I can't speak to their impressiveness (or the lack thereof), only to say that they have a LOT of glass offerings that are nicely presented. With pristine surroundings, a relaxed vibe, and a HUGE number of offerings, SP is THE place for smokers (the dregs of society) to comfortably shop for all things smoking! When my wife attempted to use one minutes before the Crim they said those are for employees only and turned her and many other women away to go wait in long lines while there was zero lines for their private port a Johns that were inside the public area for the race. What a joke. It totally put a bad taste in my mouth along with dozens of other runners we spoke with. Everyone was up in arms about it and I feel their potential business may suffer from these novice employees rude decisions AT A PUBLIC EVENT FOR RUNNERS
