I went in yesterday and told them I had a new phone number and had them change it so I can get text alerts. The girl told me it would take a few hours for my script to be filled so I went home. I still hadn't heard from them today so I called and entered in my birthday and they said my script was ready for pick up. When I picked it up today as soon as I walked up the pale unhealthy looking girl covered in shitty tattoos already had an attitude for some reason. No big deal, figured maybe she's having a bad day. Told her I need to give them my new phone number because I did yesterday and wasn't alerted that my script was in. As I was explaining that to her she took an aggressive deep breath and rolled her eyes right in my face. I'm still not sure why and why she was so rude but I didn't stick around to find out. I just won't be back. So if you see a 20 something girl at the counter with 1996 tattoo'd on her neck followed by a bunch of other shitty tattoos beware.

The service has always been great and they always ask if I want to talk with the pharmacist or have any questions. What I love is there genuine about the question. Baldwin Pharmacy also has a well stocked over the counter section and reasonable prices. Lots of staff on hand to keep things moving so really I haven't had a long wait time either. The building they're in also has doctors offices, quest labs for blood work, radiology department and a central waiting area for elderly pick up and drop off. They have a pull up area and a side entry to the pharmacy for quick pickup or drop-off. Nice parking lot to accommodate a quick in and out. I've enjoyed this pharmacy and I think you'll love them as well.

When I said that I could no longer wait because I have a fever, chills, and was sweating everywhere, the pharmacist finally tells me that she is waiting for my Dr to call her back to verify the prescription. When I asked why she didn't tell me that 45 minutes ago when she first told me it would only be a few minutes she was very rude and said she was busy. I understand needing to verify a prescription but come on, have a little respect for people's time and health situation. Communication is key and this pharmacy has terrible communication and horrible customer service.
