The sales agent was dismissive, constantly rolled her eyes, and made us feel uncomfortable with her rude attitude. Bravo! 5 stars! I will spread the word to all my friends and keep going back to Pro-Vision! It was even more remarkable when I was told by another Auto Plan Broker that they were unable to register and insure my out-of-province vehicle due to some ICBC "glitch". That's knowledge and experience for you!

What an absolute joke of a service you offer…read more Our storage locker at our home was broken into and a couple thousand dollars of our belongings were stolen. We are in the midst of filing a claim, or at least were until we were told by a helpful employee at Northbridge that submitting a claim would raise our insurance rates by 25% for five years. Nobody at Park informed us of this (obviously important) factor. So with a $500 deductible, +25% added to the rate we pay now, we'd actually lose money in the long run if you boneheads did anything at all for us. So we had our belongings stolen and the insurance company we pay for moments exactly like these is not only not going to help us at all, they are going to penalize us for using their 'service'. This is predatory business and anyone that works at this money gouging company should be completely ashamed of themselves. How dare you take advantage of vulnerable people in a time of need!? Absolutely disgusting. I am forced to pay $1200 a year for a service that is supposed to protect me and my family and instead you shake us down for even more money because somebody took a door off its hinges and cut our lock to take our possessions? You don't even tell us you're going to raise our rates? Your business model of "just take everyone's money and promise to protect them but actually just take more money" is one of the most morally bankrupt things I've ever encountered in my life. I have 4 cars insured, have held insurance for 33 years... I know how this works. I just need to provide my DL and some ID and a general response should be expected... I shook my head, walked across the street to Peter Macdonald insurance and 10 mins later, changes made to my plan. Then I went to Killarney insurance for another inquiry later in day with same request and no problem... again, terrible, absolutely unacceptable service from the LD agent. The manager at that location is fantastic - unfortunately he wasn't there that day. This agent, In question, needs retraining or some level of reprimand. She cannot be brushing off customers and making rules up along the way. I must have interrupted her on her shift of doing nothing.

I had an above-and-beyond experience here a few weeks ago renewing my auto insurance…read more I arrived late in the afternoon to find someone ahead of me in line as well as several people being helped. No sooner had I walked in the door but two new insurance agents popped up from the back to help us. You can only wish for this kind of service from a bank, generally speaking! My agent seemed to be an expert at his craft, and though my rates have gone up yet again for another year of accident-and-claim-free driving(thanks ICBC!!!), it was that much easier to stomach thanks to the service I received. Without any changes to my plan I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. We even chatted about the neighbourhood and how accident-prone the street facing the insurance agency was, which was news to me. Overall, I would happily go out of my way to come to this insurance agency again - they are a pleasure to deal with.
