What can I say about this studio that isn't widely known already?…read more The coaches are amazing! The equipment is in a great condition and properly serviced. The cleanliness and disinfectant efforts are outstanding. The pricing is impeccable when you consider what you're paying for-- a class time of group personal training, access to cardio and weight equipment, lockers and facilities, exclusive OTF gear (shirts, shorts, pants/leggings, jackets, towels, water bottles, etc.), AND the use of heart rate technology for coaches to view your progress during class and for long-term goals. I once used a personal trainer, and it was just over $2,700 for 25 classes with the trainer, and I had to drive to his apartment to use its gym. Like, OTF is the way to go if you want the dedication, attention to form and progress, accountability, and wonderfully inclusive community. This studio has 13 treadmills, 13 rowers, 13 weight floor spots with additional weights on shelves in two areas, 2 stationary bikes, and a strider (elliptical?). However, with the pandemic still an issue and capacity limitations in place, classes are currently limited to 12 people total (6 treadmill spots and 6 rower spots, with the option of someone using a bike or strider). Classes right now are 45 minutes instead of 60, but with the frequent transitions and "blocks," you definitely get an incredible workout in! The office staff are superb as well, and they're there to troubleshoot any issue or answer any question one may have. Two bathrooms, two showers, MANY lockers, a few water stations, and an amazing sense of community is found here! If you've been on the fence about giving it a try, I can only tell you that I am SO glad I did 18 months ago. I fell in love immediately and have never looked back!

I really enjoyed his workout and the way he came across to the people. You can tell he cared and actually wanted you to get the best workout. We were drop-in's from out of state but will definitely go to this one again. Very welcoming with out of town people. With all that being said we got an awesome workout with great people. Thank you Orange Theory, you rock!

If you're looking for a gym and trainer to motivate, encourage, and support you in your fitness…read morejourney, this is the place to be. Scott is super knowledgeable, always coming up with different workouts, and has a keen ability to know how much more you can challenge yourself. No matter what stage you're at, his workouts can be adjusted to suit your abilities. I started here over 2 years ago, never belonged to a gym before, and I can't see myself going anywhere else. I'm stronger than I've ever been and the community Scott has created makes me excited to work out every day.

I was bored with the same old workout routine and when I started making excuses to not workout, I knew I had to make a change and find something that offered variety. There were anywhere from 4 to 8 of us taking the class a few days a week outdoors and Kendra really delivered. Fast forward to today and I'm still with Kendra along with Blake and Scott in their new Fitness Edge facility taking bootcamp (or as it's now called, Get Fit) classes twice a week. Their new facility is perfect for group classes or one on one personal training. Kendra, Blake and Scott are all certified trainers and their professional knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness and nutrition support. They are not in-your-face type trainers and do an excellent job of motivating and providing just the right level of encouragement to achieve results. Whether you're an athlete, in shape, out of shape or someone looking for a new workout routine in a unique and positive environment, you really should consider The Fitness Edge.

I actually enjoy working out here. As a resident of Westminster on the family duo plan, the cost is…read moreextremely reasonable. The equipment seems new and higher end than some other gyms and much of the cardio equipment overlooks the mountains. I haven't taken any classes here yet but I plan to. I've had one massage here (from Lisa) and it was the best massage of my life (and I've had lots). The only downside so far is that the parking lot fills up fast and makes the gym seem busier than it is... But there's also parking on the rec center side.

This is a nice facility. It's sort of attached to the City Park Rec Center. Yeah, I know they…read moreseem like the same thing, but they are not. Fitness center side has a good size cardio and weights area. They also have one large dance/class room and another smaller one. This facility is for ages 15+. They have a child care room but this place is basically for grown ups. Next door, the rec center has a large gym for basketball and a large pool area and all of that is for people of all ages. Now that I've clarified about the boundaries, the reason I go to the fitness center is because I'm a hooper. I work out via 'hula hoops'. Now, ideally, I would love to use one of the dance/class rooms that are often vacant during the day, but regular folks are not permitted to use those unless you are taking a class. The large cardio/weight room has mirrors, but not enough empty space for me to hoop. Upstairs, in the hallway (it's a really big hallway) outside the classrooms and the child care there is plenty of space for me to hoop. Also, (and I checked first) I can do this for free because technically, I'm not going into the workout facility and it's a community building. They would get five stars if I could use those awesome rooms, but I can't, so they don't. I know this review will not be relevant for many but it is what it is.

Which ok fine....BUT then after you finish your one on one is when the EXTREME sales pitch starts, I specifically told them I wanted to try the 10 classes because there was only 1 class time I could make and wanted to see if it was possible for me to get up that early multiple times a week. Instead I was pushed and pushed into a membership....and of course only ever made it to like 3 classes. And I might add that those situations make me very uncomfortable and give me terrible anxiety so I just always give in. I instantly regretted signing up for any kind of membership before even getting to try out a real class. FAST FORWARD.... I asked to cancel because I just couldn't make it or afford it they make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. I had wrote them saying I could not afford it and they come back with ok pay $50 dollars more than you can already not afford and by the way we need 30 days notice so we are going to charge your account again for the $150 membership you don't ever use! All in all there are much CHEAPER gyms out there with TONS of classes and ZERO pushy sale pitches! Save your money and don't get tricked with the "good deal" they try to offer you!

Today Nazi said they don't (who is she to say?) and charged me for a non-resident fee for them ...without saying that's what she was doing. I have paid Broomfield over $5,000 over the years to be a member, continuing to pay all thru Covid to be supportive without the benefit of being able to use the centers, and this is who greets you at the desk and decides your status. The b-rex online registrations are always!!!! horrible! Let's start with connection. I am sitting IN one of the rec centers right now, so they cannot blame this on my wifi. The sites are slow and not well designed, both of which lend themselves to their dropping you mid-attempt to register. Pointlessly very frustrating to have to start again three times before getting all the way through. The Bay and the rest of the Broomfield rec centers are not connected City entities?! What?! The equipment and pools are good. I especially appreciate the choice of water temps, and the first class lap pools at the BCC.
