What can I say about this studio that isn't widely known already?…read more The coaches are amazing! The equipment is in a great condition and properly serviced. The cleanliness and disinfectant efforts are outstanding. The pricing is impeccable when you consider what you're paying for-- a class time of group personal training, access to cardio and weight equipment, lockers and facilities, exclusive OTF gear (shirts, shorts, pants/leggings, jackets, towels, water bottles, etc.), AND the use of heart rate technology for coaches to view your progress during class and for long-term goals. I once used a personal trainer, and it was just over $2,700 for 25 classes with the trainer, and I had to drive to his apartment to use its gym. Like, OTF is the way to go if you want the dedication, attention to form and progress, accountability, and wonderfully inclusive community. This studio has 13 treadmills, 13 rowers, 13 weight floor spots with additional weights on shelves in two areas, 2 stationary bikes, and a strider (elliptical?). However, with the pandemic still an issue and capacity limitations in place, classes are currently limited to 12 people total (6 treadmill spots and 6 rower spots, with the option of someone using a bike or strider). Classes right now are 45 minutes instead of 60, but with the frequent transitions and "blocks," you definitely get an incredible workout in! The office staff are superb as well, and they're there to troubleshoot any issue or answer any question one may have. Two bathrooms, two showers, MANY lockers, a few water stations, and an amazing sense of community is found here! If you've been on the fence about giving it a try, I can only tell you that I am SO glad I did 18 months ago. I fell in love immediately and have never looked back!

I really enjoyed his workout and the way he came across to the people. You can tell he cared and actually wanted you to get the best workout. We were drop-in's from out of state but will definitely go to this one again. Very welcoming with out of town people. With all that being said we got an awesome workout with great people. Thank you Orange Theory, you rock!

I was bored with the same old workout routine and when I started making excuses to not workout, I knew I had to make a change and find something that offered variety. There were anywhere from 4 to 8 of us taking the class a few days a week outdoors and Kendra really delivered. Fast forward to today and I'm still with Kendra along with Blake and Scott in their new Fitness Edge facility taking bootcamp (or as it's now called, Get Fit) classes twice a week. Their new facility is perfect for group classes or one on one personal training. Kendra, Blake and Scott are all certified trainers and their professional knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness and nutrition support. They are not in-your-face type trainers and do an excellent job of motivating and providing just the right level of encouragement to achieve results. Whether you're an athlete, in shape, out of shape or someone looking for a new workout routine in a unique and positive environment, you really should consider The Fitness Edge.

Scott is super knowledgeable, always coming up with different workouts, and has a keen ability to know how much more you can challenge yourself. No matter what stage you're at, his workouts can be adjusted to suit your abilities. I started here over 2 years ago, never belonged to a gym before, and I can't see myself going anywhere else. I'm stronger than I've ever been and the community Scott has created makes me excited to work out every day.

I actually enjoy working out here. As a resident of Westminster on the family duo plan, the cost is…read moreextremely reasonable. The equipment seems new and higher end than some other gyms and much of the cardio equipment overlooks the mountains. I haven't taken any classes here yet but I plan to. I've had one massage here (from Lisa) and it was the best massage of my life (and I've had lots). The only downside so far is that the parking lot fills up fast and makes the gym seem busier than it is... But there's also parking on the rec center side.

This is a nice facility. It's sort of attached to the City Park Rec Center. Yeah, I know they…read moreseem like the same thing, but they are not. Fitness center side has a good size cardio and weights area. They also have one large dance/class room and another smaller one. This facility is for ages 15+. They have a child care room but this place is basically for grown ups. Next door, the rec center has a large gym for basketball and a large pool area and all of that is for people of all ages. Now that I've clarified about the boundaries, the reason I go to the fitness center is because I'm a hooper. I work out via 'hula hoops'. Now, ideally, I would love to use one of the dance/class rooms that are often vacant during the day, but regular folks are not permitted to use those unless you are taking a class. The large cardio/weight room has mirrors, but not enough empty space for me to hoop. Upstairs, in the hallway (it's a really big hallway) outside the classrooms and the child care there is plenty of space for me to hoop. Also, (and I checked first) I can do this for free because technically, I'm not going into the workout facility and it's a community building. They would get five stars if I could use those awesome rooms, but I can't, so they don't. I know this review will not be relevant for many but it is what it is.

Had a couple mental issues with the food but got there. And every time I freaked out, Sara was so sweet that she helped me get back on track. Takes a lot of commitment. The kickboxing was fun and made you excited for the next class. The food was my toughest challenge. I'm not sure how I did it, but I succeeded My body is almost where I want it, so with all the new things I learned I'm very confident I'm gonna get there. Kickboxing is such a cool skill to lean. I feel mentally and physically stronger. I also learn self discipline and new healthy habits. My new goal is now is keep this going. I highly recommend this place. Yes, this messed with my mental state a couple of times but now happier in general. I feel much more confident and excited to workout. I feel so much better about my body. Plus, my posture is better and I'm walking tall. So if you are someone who wants to get back into working out and but don't know how to get there. This place is perfect to help you there. My wife, myself, and our 6-month baby were swimming laps (yes, laps in an infant flotation device)…read morein the lap pool lane when the lifeguard asked us to leave it for someone who 'actually wants to swim laps.' We explained that we are also swimming laps and we don't understand why we need to leave the lane for someone else who wants to do the same. The lifeguard told us the ~50 y/o man was rude to her, so she felt pressured to do so. We settled on splitting the lap pool into two sides (even though we are literally 3 people and he is 1). The guy didn't like that very much and he stood against the wall at one end of the pool for a while looking upset. When we swam to the end of the pool he was on, he forcefully splashed down into the water to send it into my baby son's face and made him gasp for breath and start crying. A male lifeguard witnessed this and went for help. When the manager arrived, she insisted that we leave the lane and when we refused, she asked that we instead continue 'sharing' the lap pool lane with the guy who assaulted our child. The best part is the first time we wanted to go swimming in Broomfield, we arrived at the other facility that has strictly lap pools and therapy pools and they suggested WE GO ELSEWHERE because it's NOT FOR BABIES. Ok then why does the 50 y/o creep get to come to the kids pool and demand we exit the lane? Thanks for being just another place in Colorado that hates babies. We are disgusted by the manager response. If you have an issue here, dial 911, cause no one is going to help you. Even when you go to a place built for children, they will act like they're worthless and an inconvenience to others. Review your policies.
