Active life chiropractic has been amazing over the years for me. 3 times I've pulled my back out (which is how I'm started going there) and could barely walk. Every time they got me back moving in a couple sessions. (Sometimes I've gone twice a day). If I go regularly/monthly I feel much better. It's when I slack off that I end up ignoring that little tweek that turns into a bigger problem. The entire staff is kind, polite, friendly and helpful. I took my wife to her initial chiropractic appointment and was able to check out the facilities. The office was very clean and the entire staff was awesome. We were quickly taken into the consultation office where we watched this short video that answered all of our questions. After her x-rays and adjustment they set her up in a therapy room for some additional massage type therapy. The appointment was quick and over all very pleasant experience. It's been only a few days since appointment and she keeps commenting on how much better her back feels after just one visit. She's now a chiropractic convert and has scheduled her next appointment. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Sanders is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I saw my first chiropractor for 2 years and saw him at least 2x per week without any progress. I didn't know any better at the time. When Dr. Sanders adjusts me, my back feels great for 4-6 weeks. He adjusts me in a way I've never experienced before. I drive 20 mins from Lebanon to MJ to see him because the gas and time are 100% worth it. I am so impressed with the entire staff of Active Life! From the moment you walk into the office, until the moment you leave, there is such an amazing air of professionalism. They are energetic, eager to help, super kind and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I don't ever feel like my appointments are rushed, which is important to me. My 7 year old and 5 year old are also being treated for constipation and sleep disorders and they love coming with me! There's a super cute child's table that the kids call the "Owl Table." Love this place! Went in for some back pain after falling down my stairs, and after completing a few sessions I am 99% pain-free. Now I go back occasionally to ensure continued proper alignment. The only little bit of "pain" that remains from my fall is when I actually push on the area itself, but I'm absolutely a believer in chiropractic care. My husband ended up going (with some prodding from me) for some neck pain along with plantar fasciitis, and it has helped him tremendously. We are both medical professionals who are wary of being simply prescribed a pill or an injection, and we've really been pleased with our treatment here. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff could not be more friendly. Two thumbs up! read more

This place is amazing the staff is very friendly, helpful and do a wonderful job. The office is aesthetically pleasing with plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. But now to the true test i sought out Active Life Chiro because i had moved here and was dealing with herniated discs in my back i tried injections, chiropractic and physical therapy with no help. But within a few visits and the adjustments from the wonderful Dr. Richards i am back to feeling almost normal able to walk without pain and have far more improvement than any injection or chiropractic before. I highly recommend Active life chiropractic and highly recommend Dr. Richards she takes her time, pinpoints the problem and genuinely cares! read more

I visited Active Life Chiropractic center today for the first time & was seen by Dr. Cody Davis. Upon entering, I noticed the office is immaculate and the front desk staff are prompt & kind. Very good atmosphere in the waiting area. I did not wait more than 2 minutes before being taken back to a room. I was very skeptical before my visit due to having a poor experience at another chiropractors office years before. Dr. Davis has a very professional attitude and seems to genuinely be concerned with the patients best interests. He was very methodical in how he described everything that we went through during the appointment. This was not my previous experience when I had chiropractic work done at another practice. I had the electro-massage treatment as well as an adjustment by Dr Davis. I now have some relief in my lower back after the one adjustment and am really glad I chose to keep an open mind & visit this practice. I will be returning later this week to visit again & follow up. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality pain relief in a professional setting. read more

First Call impression - Kayla answered the phone quickly and was super nice, informative and overall helpful. Answered all my questions about insurance etc. 1/2 Star Appointment - First of all, they were able to set an appointment for the same morning! 1 star Offices - Super easy to find right off Lebanon RD in MT Juliet in the Los Compadres and Panteros parking lot across from what will be the new MJ high school build built. Super clean, warm, open and inviting space. Staff - All staff had great attitudes and positive energy. Everyone greeted my and or made eye contact and smiled if passing by. New patient form took 5 minutes max to fill out. New Patient Evaluation - I waited 10 minutes to meet the MD for the new patient evaluation conversation. He was young, smart, engaged, interested and did not rush me through the conversation. He listened and asked questions actively. HE took the time to build a relationship and trust. I felt very comfortable and more important I was HEARD. From here the MD took me straight beck for my xray which he did personally. Services - I needed an xray for my injury and that went very well. It took only 5 minutes to take, develop read and discuss with me. Billing - I have Insurance and as checked out, the front desk informed me that it would be less expensive to just pay for the Xray than to pay my copay.. They saved me $5 by paying attention. That maters! Overall this was a great experience. This is a great business being run very well and with awesome staff. I will be taking my wife there now to deal with her Planter Fasciitis which has been plaguing her for years now. read more

Active Life Chiropractic has literally changed my life. Before beginning treatment with Dr. Sanders I was miserable every day at work, then sleepless at night. My neck and upper back were in constant pain from sitting at a desk, staring at a laptop day after day for years. Some days I was in so much pain I was crying. I was taking multiple Tylenol per day and it wasn't touching the pain. I finally made the decision to see a chiropractor and I'm so glad I went to Active Life. Dr. Sanders determined I had forward neck posture and we began treatment. I began getting relief from my pain immediately. I continued weekly treatments for about a month and a half. Now I am 100% pain free, the pain doesn't even cross my mind when I'm sitting at my desk. Dr. Sanders recommended that I come one a month for an adjustment to maintain proper alignment going forward. The cost of going to the chiropractor once a month is a small price to pay to be able to focus on my work, go home in a good mood, and get quality sleep, pain free.
