She has done a great job of setting the expectation that it's a cumulative practice, and I feel really grateful that I actually see results after each visit. I appreciate that she always explains to me exactly what she's doing and provides me with options for my treatment. I've tried moxa, cupping, shiatsu, and electrostimulation so far. I leave each appointment feeling stress free, and sleep so much better in the days following my session. Olivia's treatment room is clean (without feeling overly sterile) and relaxing.
