I explained everything from how the injury happened, to where exactly the pain was, what type of injury I had, etc.. Thus, the chiropractor assured me that their 9-month chiropractic plan was the best option to correct my back/spine issue. Well, after going to them for nearly 4 months, 3x or 2x a week, the chiropractic care seemed to do absolutely nothing. I would still have to take about 8 ibuprofens daily just to ease the pain & be able to do minimal things (walk the dog, shower, cook). I would go to their chiro office in the mornings and be sitting in their waiting room with hot flashes, profuse sweating and aching pain. After they would crack my neck/back (the same way), I'd then limp out to my truck as quickly as I could just to law down and try to reduce the pain. Eventually, I had enough of this and went to a friend of mine who's a PT. After one session with her, she said there's never been anything wrong with my back/spine (like Well Heath sold me on), but instead mentioned the issue was simply my hip. So I did her hip strengthening exercises for a week & literally was able to stop the ibuprofen entirely. After two weeks I had no pain and by the third week I was back in the gym...... I called Well Health to cancel the plan I was on since it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME except cost $3,000, but they told me I wasn't allowed to cancel. However, if I did cancel then I would have to pay even more money... so they just continued charging me for the next 5 months. What's baffling is, after being "treated" by them for FOUR MONTHS, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. I wasted an absurd amount of time & money, whilst sacrificing my health at "Well Health Chiropractic". Do I recommend going to see them? Wholeheartedly, no. Unless you want to pay them $3,000 for snapping your neck and back for no reason at all, stay far away; frauds.

She explained that the consultation was free, but the evaluation was not, and initially wanted to charge me $150 simply to speak with the chiropractor. After I questioned the charge, the price was eventually reduced to $50. I found the entire experience confusing and uncomfortable, especially because the pricing was not clearly explained to me upfront. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. I believe patients should receive clear information about all fees before agreeing to an evaluation or treatment.
