I ended up buying one racquet and returned to NYC. After playing with it I had a problem and they were so gracious in allowing me to return the racquet to see if they could correct the problem, which they did and shipped it back to me at no charge. With the struggles small businesses are facing due to COVID it's so important to support businesses that look out for their customers.
