Was a member at this location for over a year, and they robbed me of $1400 and are refusing to return it. I have had issues with this location since my first day here. I havent had a membership in 3 months and IM STILL BEING CHARGED MONTHLY! While the front desk personnel are nice, they are simply the punching bag for this money hungry company. It makes sense that theyre model is dying. Any time I have an issue (literally weekly), I have to go through the front desk so they can play gatekeeper to whatever actual team that can help me (tech, billing, etc). Save yourself the headache and sign up with Regus, Lifetime, Industrious, or any other of the similar concepts. You wont regret it! read more

I worked from here recently. It's pretty inside but the tables aren't that comfortable and it was shockingly loud! Loud music and people talking to the front desk person the whole day! Good thing I brought my headphones. Tried some kombucha from the kitchen tap and it was really good. The view was nice enough. The price for a Wework pass is ok but then you have a to add on another $100 per month for a parking pass. I don't think I'll be back. read more

My company joined a couple of months after WeWork Spectrum Center opened back in 2016 and we have enjoyed every minute of it! We have gained a lot of new clients just by being here and have made invaluable business connections along with new friends! We started with a 2 person office, then moved to a 4 person, and we have finally settled into our 4 person XL. The great thing about WeWork is they provide chairs/desks/filing cabinets included if you do not want to bring your own. We have fully decked out our office, stand up desks, couch, art on the wall along with 60" TV. The maintenance crew mounted the TV for us and hung all of our art work! The location is perfect for my business partner and I and the aesthetics WeWork brings to the table makes us feel like we are working the good life! This is not your boring office park where the best thing they include in your rent is AC. From hot coffee all day long, spa water, beer on tap, eco conscious glassware and utensils, the honesty market, plethora of conference rooms, our clients are always impressed when they stop by. All of this would not be possible with out the solid community managers who run this ship. While they are fun and social they are just as committed to making the day to day work life better for each and every member. The work space is amazing with just the most tasteful cool designs. This is great for anyone that needs an office from 1 to 40 people. WeWork has over 110 locations worldwide and if you are a member of one you can use all the locations just by booking a room or desk. We rented space here for 3 months. Lots of promises made to us but as others have said the staff seem to be interested in something else other than helping their tenants. I sort of figured it would be the other way around. If you are interested in having a good time, socializing and drinking beer (yes they have a tap!) then this is the place to be. If you're looking to make your business successful and get the support you need to do so this is probably NOT the right place. If you want to be in a fish bowl where everyone can see you and you can see everyone else this is the spot. Office space is expensive in Irvine, and probably 3-4 times more expensive than that at this location. All in all if you're looking to have a good time and do a little work on the side (if necessary) then this is for you. If not, there are many other places that are better suited for your business. read more

As a solo family law practitioner, this place has really provided everything I need to get up and running. I started with a basic membership but will be upgrading soon because I have really enjoyed all of the amenities, the abundant networking opportunities, but most of all the staff; Greyson, Cody and Caroline really do go above and beyond, and make you feel extremely supported. I've worked at a lot of the coworking spaces in the area...and this WeWork is one of the best. It's a fantastic location! Right across the street from the Spectrum and all it has to offer (Starbucks and many places to go to lunch). The offices are gorgeous and comfortable and parking is nearby. The staff at the location are friendly and always helpful, specifically David is always welcoming and friendly. That dude should get a raise! :) The wifi is lightening fast, in the middle of the day when everyone was working- the wifi was still holding steady at 160mbps+ for me. What really sets this location apart are the details: the decor, comfortable chairs, artwork, beer on tap, and mouthwash in the restrooms. Highly recommend giving it a try! As for the Downsides: Parking is expensive (like $100/month) and your guests will have to pay for their parking as well. Pro Tip: Spectrum parking is free and a short walk away, so park in the structure by the theater and just be sure to grab Starbucks on the way over ;) Since it's gotten more popular, people like to spend a long time in the phone booths. This is only really an issue for people with the Hotdesk membership, but finding a phone booth for a call is pretty rough. You see people who are in a phone booth for 2+hrs and not on a phone call. So if you see a phone booth open, grab it quickly! Canceling is not easy. I travel a ton for long periods so it doesn't make sense for me to pay for a membership that won't be used. There is no way to "pause" a membership. It takes around 30 days to cancel your membership and then when you get back, you have to sign up for a new account then. Which doesn't make much sense, I hope they change that in the future. read more

This particular WeWork is truly incredible. I have been met with nothing but love, above and beyond help and a great community. Community team members Cody, Caroline, and Grayson are some of the best! I leave with nothing but smiles every time and they do such a great job of fostering a community that is welcoming to all. This community is also extremely warm and welcoming. I truly love coming to work to see all of my friends. LASTLY, you can't beat the location! This is by far the nicest workplace I have had in the last 10 years of me working. The community team is amazing. All the neighbor offices in thr we work floors are great people. I love the fact that there is always community things going on during lunch time or happy hour after work. I'm pretty excited to tell people that I Work in this building which is We Work location in Irvine. I hope that there will be more offices like this one that we work will open soon in the future within Orange County so that as part of me being a member I can also go and work in that location for the day. I love this place!! WeWork Spectrum is such an amazing place to have my company located at. I feel so fortunate to have my office at this location which is by far Irvine's best high-rise office building. I can't believe some of the reviews that have been written which are so off-base because the staff and atmosphere at this location is incredible. I was the fourth tenant at this location over a year ago the first day it opened and I couldn't be happier. WeWork designs the space with success in mind and it's such an amazing atmosphere to be able to work at. They truly designed this space making you realize you honestly don't need a huge office to get things done. Anytime when I need assistance with anything there's always somebody here to help. The front desk staff couldn't be any better and they are absolutely some of the most personable people I've ever met. The fact that this location is fully occupied just shows how desirable it is. Went in for a tour and signed up - why not? I found out the next day to try a 'networking event' when I went in to use the space that parking was an additional $75 per month (not included in the price). No one was interested in chatting me up (I tried after all this is supposed to be for networking) & the offices were FREEZING. I can't work somewhere I'm going to be cold all the time - it's a 100% no go.. I instructed the staff I changed my mind & wouldn't be using the space after all. This was 24 hours after my tour & was told. NO. You'll be charged an entire month! You have to give 30 days notice to cancel. WHAT? What is this, WeWork? A nationally ranked company, or a place you have to SCAM someone out of a months memership because you can't make money decently and honestly. I didn't sign any such aggreement, not to mention, it turns out they charged me an additional $10+ (pro rated for the last day of the month) for the day I took the tour! How rediculous is that!!!!! FAIL WEWORK. I'll be passing on my rediculous experience to everyone who will listen! read more
