I ended up buying that same exact part from O'Reily Auto Parts that Pride bought from them after they returned it, only for $150 less than what they were trying to sell to me. Labor expenses sounded pretty decent but I'm not sure if they were trying to over charge me because I'm a new customer???? Or if they do that to all costumers.... I ended up saving over $300 by buying the part and doing it myself.

He has also refused to send proof of purchase that this was a "new tire". It was suggested I put the spare back on and drive back two hours for them to look at it. Poor service to my vehicle, poor customer service, and an absolute jack ass to talk to. It's also worth mentioning they knew we were in from out of town. Taking advantage of people you think won't come back is a wild way to run a business.
