She offered her candy and started to talk to me about her family and was really understanding. Even one of the men in the shop was joking that she could go for a ride inside the tire. Very friendly and family centered group in my opinion. The guys in the shop had a tough task of not scratching up these wheels and they did a great job of taking precaution by taping / adding rags to not scratch them. They took their time to provide a great service and worked well past closing time to help us get back on the road. After the service they noticed that we were hauling an rv and stopped us again to add a little bit more air in the tires since we were hauling heavy. This time, wayyy past closing time! They weren't rushing us, and they wanted to make sure their job was done perfect. What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty. I wish they had simply said, "I don't know what the issue is, you should take it somewhere else," instead of playing the guessing game on my dime. To be fair, I've had good experiences here with oil changes, but based on this repair I would never recommend taking your vehicle here for electrical, stabilitrak, or cruise control issues.
