I took my truck in to get a tire rotation and a front end alignment, they did rotate the tires but gave my truck a very loud hum noise at 55 miles an hour. They sent me a message seeing how things are going and I replied about the hum And they did nothing about it. read more

absolutely ridiculous and FURIOUS!! i came in thinking my front wheel alignment just for ONE tire would cost no more than $60 because i had come in last year and that's exactly what they quoted me was $50 for a front wheel alignment but instead they charged me close to $200!!!!!! for just a FRONT END WHEEL alignment for one tire!! absolutely ridiculous. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN ! $200 just for a front wheel alignment at least add lifetime warranty damn it! charging a 19yr old that much of his own hard earned money is a damn shame. this place is ridiculous, disloyal and definitely dishonest & untrustworthy. absolutely furious. read more

Just left this wonderful shop. We had unknown car trouble and 2 very nice gentlemen recommended we call them. Trey picked us up with their tow truck Took us to the shop where they proceeded to let us borrow a car to go eat. Our truck was fixed shortly after our return and we feel very grateful. The best customer service I have ever had at a tire shop. I was passing through beeville hauling a camper heading to Waco. Had a blowout on the camper. Put spare on and googled tire shops in area. Got ahold of them they said come on in. Got directions and headed that way. The place was huge and it seemed every bay was full. Just knew this was going to be a hour wait. Pulled a young man pulled me directly in a drive through bay. He already knew I was on the way, I was just going to replace spare but then decided to do all 4. Was out of there in 25 minutes. Best service and most courteous people I've ever felt with in the tire business. Thank you. read more

very very disappointed. What makes this even worse is that my story unlike others lucky my did not involve engine issues. Or I might be out a car judging by this outcome. So first of had rotor motor break in driver side. Got it "fixed" for what I thought was alot at time 289. Wait there is reason I'm disclosing amount. Had same break in part over a year out. Not only did he and I'm talking about Mr. Alaniz himself totally glance over the fact that it was indeed same part and issue but started conversations like it was my first time there. He quoted me 389 this time. Yep higher price on something they did not fix properly...remember you pay these prices to get things fixed not band aided to hold together for a small while. Thus why I said I could not even imagine if they were to touch a critical engine part . Of course not til I started sharing my story around town do I hear what others yelpers have mentioned. Regrets and shorty work. Listen for those of you who defend this kind of business only because you know the guy or say staff is friendly and great. Dont forget ultimate goal of having competent mechanics and people who stand by there work. Fake smiles does not get you to work and keep you on the road. This is a good example of why small town businesses get skipped over by franchise and dealership who after ripping you a new one anyways at least will admit when they screwed up and take some responsibility for bad work. read more

We needed towed to a repair shop after our car was hit. The insurance made the arrangements to use them, they were not our choice. The tow truck driver promptly lit a cigarette as soon as he exited the tow truck. He then proceeded to smoke the whole time he was loading our car, including when he got into our car during loading. He was well aware that we were watching. I'm so glad we had it towed to another shop after that blatant display of disrespect. I called and reported it to the shop. I was told they would talk to him and the boss would call me back. I was never called back. Only use this shop if you're ok with being disrespected. read more

These people charged us over $700 to fix the airconditioner on our vehicle but it doesn't work. They said they tried to fix it but didn't and still charged us. They wouldn't give us our vehicle back unless we paid them even though they didn't fix it. Don't go here! read more
