When we picked up the truck, one of the tires was obviously low. After spending that much money, you'd think they could at least put some air in it out of courtesy. What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty. I wish they had simply said, "I don't know what the issue is, you should take it somewhere else," instead of playing the guessing game on my dime. To be fair, I've had good experiences here with oil changes, but based on this repair I would never recommend taking your vehicle here for electrical, stabilitrak, or cruise control issues. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of as a woman. Things were explained to me with care and respect. I live two hours away and despite proof and pictures, they refuse to do anything to make it right. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't screw over their customers. When I called, I was told I would get a call back with in a couple hours. 6 hours later, I called back and talked to the owner, who spent an hour deflecting blame and refusing to even partial refund us for this. He has also refused to send proof of purchase that this was a "new tire". It was suggested I put the spare back on and drive back two hours for them to look at it. Poor service to my vehicle, poor customer service, and an absolute jack ass to talk to. It's also worth mentioning they knew we were in from out of town. Taking advantage of people you think won't come back is a wild way to run a business. Save yourself peace of mind, and potentially your life, and go with a business that cares about their quality of work and has integrity.

My cousin Riley who owns Riley's Auto Detail place recommended to my mom that I should take Chester (my truck) to Danny at A&D Wheel Alignment in Blueberry Hill (suburb of Beeville). I was told A&D' s work really do live up to their reputation. So with that verbal recommendation, I took my truck to A&D Wheel Alignment. For the type of truck I have and year, it was less than $100. Danny seems really nice and recommended another thing I need done to my truck. He told me the cheapest way to go get it done, yet done right. For someone who travels ALOT for work EVERYDAY out of town. I need those sort of recommendations to keep my vehicle in top shape (for an older truck). The alignment didn't take that long and I personally feel that his customer service was top notch and the quality of his work reflected the same. For anyone in the Beeville area or not in the Beeville area - I do recommend you to go to A&D Wheel Alignment if you need your alignment done.
