What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty. I wish they had simply said, "I don't know what the issue is, you should take it somewhere else," instead of playing the guessing game on my dime. To be fair, I've had good experiences here with oil changes, but based on this repair I would never recommend taking your vehicle here for electrical, stabilitrak, or cruise control issues. Turns out Pride Automotive buys their parts from O'Reily, which is where they ordered the part I needed. I ended up buying that same exact part from O'Reily Auto Parts that Pride bought from them after they returned it, only for $150 less than what they were trying to sell to me. Labor expenses sounded pretty decent but I'm not sure if they were trying to over charge me because I'm a new customer???? Or if they do that to all costumers.... I ended up saving over $300 by buying the part and doing it myself.

I live two hours away and despite proof and pictures, they refuse to do anything to make it right. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't screw over their customers. When I called, I was told I would get a call back with in a couple hours. 6 hours later, I called back and talked to the owner, who spent an hour deflecting blame and refusing to even partial refund us for this. He has also refused to send proof of purchase that this was a "new tire". It was suggested I put the spare back on and drive back two hours for them to look at it. Poor service to my vehicle, poor customer service, and an absolute jack ass to talk to. It's also worth mentioning they knew we were in from out of town.
