My wife came across them on Yelp! and we hired them to do the photo and video shoot for my parents' 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mind you, we hired them less than a month before the actual event. David and Jerome took the time to do a phone call with us and walk through the entire itinerary of the day from the ceremony at Mission San Diego through the entire reception at the Gaylord Pacific. I really enjoyed working with all of them. They were so kind, warm, and detail oriented. I can't say enough about Fate Studios and how they made this event a truly memorable event! I also pitched an idea to Jerome about doing an AI video of my parents, describing their love story and how they met 50 years ago in the Philippines. Jerome has years of experience as a filmmaker in the Philippines and has worked for one of their large TV networks there, so he's a pro. I was nervous that we wouldn't have enough time to take this video from start to finish, but Jerome assured me that he could deliver. We presented the surprise AI video to my parents after we showed their slide show and the crowd was truly mesmerized! Many of our guests told me that the AI video was an awesome concept. But let me say that David, Jerome, and their team were awesome! I feel as though I gained some friends for life. The second I met them in person it felt like I had known them for a long time. They also knew how to get my parents to take pictures. You know, once you get older the excitement for these kinds of things is not the same as when you first got married :). So if you need a great team of folks who just make you feel at ease with a big event, look no further! I asked her about a coupon that I found on the Internet and she said let me go get my manager . the "manager" came very unprofessional with no customer service . . She had her little son with her. She couldn't talk to me at all. The only thing she said about the coupon is that it was for a different place which I didn't notice that I had a name changed.. I don't know if this place went from people picture to people place if that's the name now she said she was the owner when I asked her for her name because I didn't get any good response from her. She was distracted by her son or grandson. She didn't asked any more questions and started walking away . It just seemed that she was rushing me out /getting rid of me. I had my baby with me and I was ready to take pictures. Her name is Laura. I think that's what she said and if you are really the owner of this place, you need to get more customer service practice because you lack that a lot no wonder your place is always empty. I used to go to this place all the time since my daughters were born. I used to be named differently and then it became people Picture and now is people place. I will not return to this place for your lack of customer service and discrimination that's how I felt.

I didn't think any of the family photos would be usable :P my daughter is not one to pose and stay still. Celi was so kind and brought blocks for her to play with. She loved them & they helped to distract during the shoot. Celi's patience and flexibility with us put me at ease as we took some solo photos, some with just my husband and I, and family shots whenever our daughter would sit still.
