The place felt unclean, I was not greeted, and the technician did not sanitize her hands or consult me before starting. She began threading my eyebrows without any discussion, and I have microblading, which I made no changes to request. My eyebrows were threaded far too thin and are now uneven, sitting below my microshading lines. When I expressed my concern, I was told I simply have thin eyebrows, which is not accurate. It's not far from my job so I took my lunch break and gave it a shot! I got there around 1pm on Friday, place was empty. The woman came out of the back as soon as I walked in and immediately helped me. I explained my crisis situation and how I needed to grow them in a little so help me out! She understood and did a fantastic job. She kept them thick and shaped them as much as she could while I'm in the process of growing them back. It cost about $4 more than I normally pay (it was $16 for brows and lip). With all that being said, I would definately recommend and I will keep this place on my list.
