My experience with Alyssa was very comfortable and she was very thorough making sure not to leave anything behind lol. I have an appointment in 4 weeks and I might buy a package. My first few experiences were at nail salons (the worst and most painful), then I tried sugaring at 2 places near where I live and I always had a good experience there as well, but there was something different about the wax EWC uses. There was a gentleman who greeted me at the door and I waited only about 3 minutes before I was escorted to the wax room. The owner (I didn't ask her name) was very sweet and passionate about her business and her work. She makes her own sugar wax and sugar scrub for after care. The appointment was quick. Maybe a half hour from parking to being back in my car to go home. Everything was clean and quick and she asked questions to determine how to proceed with the wax and what kind of aftercare I would have. As a first time Brazilian wax customer I would recommend Sugar Sugar. Although I have nothing to compare this experience to, I don't have any reason to go anywhere else.

They welcomed us quickly (my friend had a surprise bday party that I was keeping her out of the house for the setup so we couldn't run too late). They were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate two pedicures and manicures. The pedicures were amazing for $45 they used hot stones for 2 minutes (wish it was more) and would give 4.5 stars for that. My friend got a regular manicure and loved it. My biggest pet peeve is they use the same files on all people that looked old and worn. I'll bring my own set next time. I got a gel manicure which came out well (only on 1 day so no idea how it'll last, but she left a lil nail dust on before applying polish so I'm sure it'll lift fast). They still use the UV lights and the boxes are so dirty on the outside it kind of grossed me out. I will only do a pedicure here and bring my own nail set. Lovely people that work hard, are extremely friendly, and welcoming. Thank you! They lost stars for the dirty files and dirty ugh light boxes... they also were a little too hot for my liking. Also, she burnt me with the tool to take off gel powder and didn't even bother to apologize. Ended up just getting pink nails because i didn't want white French, they came out awful!! And when i tipped $15 (which was way more than i wanted to give considering i couldn't even get the nails i wanted) Joanna had the nerve to ask if that's really all I'm going to give? I've been a client since their original location, and it has been wonderful to watch Sandi and Camille grow the spa into what it is today. They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! She was not the least bit intimidating or pushy and never once disregarded or minimized my concerns or anxiousness. The receptionists there were also very sweet and friendly.
