At the time I was half a believer, a little skeptical, but hopeful. The first few weeks I did struggle and it wasn't that I wanted to smoke, I struggled with the concept of "why can't I as an adult", which is a completely separate psychological issue haha and I'm happy to say that had ceased as well. Having a normal routine disrupted is often overlooked as the cause of people having difficulty quitting. so I did snack a little more, I did get mad a little more. But I got thru it.
