I'm now SO glad I did. Camellia was incredible. Her warmth is radiant and she is extremely skilled. I came in with a lot of discomfort and tightness and I left the session feeling totally renewed and limber like a ballerina. It was so much better than any other massage I've had because she easily found and worked through the points of tension. She has a calming and healing presence and I always left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. She was actually the first person I got to tell in person that I was pregnant and it meant as much to me as telling our close friends and family. Please be very careful. This place is both a mill and a financial scam. The "doctors" (I use this…read moreterm loosely because they are not medical doctors, they are chiropractors) book every 15 minutes and that is the limit of any actual care. The remainder of your 30-minute visit will be someone watching you do exercises. The "doctor" diagnosed me with some chiropractic nonsense and proceeded to give me adjustments for several visits. Once diagnosed by an actual real doctor, my diagnosis was herniated discs and those adjustments were only making my situation worse. They have someone on staff full-time whose job it is to look into how much they can charge your insurance company so they can charge you the maximum. For my initial 45-minute visit they charged my insurance company $800. Do yourself a favor: see a real doctor in an actual medical office.

I was in pain 24/7. Now, 18 sessions and 4 months later, I feel like things are really looking up. I'm feeling hopeful. Tabitha is a patient, sensitive, and skillful acupuncturist. She gets to work right away and does a little check-in verbally and by feeling out your body when you arrive. She has a magical touch, and I most look forward to the brief end of session massages that she gives (they are incredible). Even though some sessions are painful due to what she is having to treat, I feel as though they're helping me towards living pain-free (or with minimal pain). Not only that, she is helpful in other areas -- when I was having intense bloating and GI issues, she provided a chinese herbal regiment that helped so much. She gives me recommendations for other kinds of practices like deep tissue massages and rolling out my feet. Everything she says, I listen to, because Tabitha is always right. I went here about two weeks ago with back pain. To see a nurse practitioner you have to leave the…read morebuilding and go up a flight of stairs from the outside. They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I'm pretty sure everyone that said they were a "Dr" there is some sort of tech so don't be fooled.

I was then given pamphlets about getting vitamin shots (which was never the reason why I came to this chiropractor). Even though I was told over the phone my appointment would be 45 minutes, it was about an hour and I even told the front desk I had to be out by 3 PM. The chiropractor came out, said we would do X-rays and he would get me out the door. I was late getting out since the X-ray took longer, got no adjustment and paid $250 for no adjustment. Not to mention, the office smells like marijuana, my chiropractor made me feel uncomfortable by asking me the same question 2x, slurring a bit, and making weird jokes. Really unfortunate experience, but when getting my neck and back adjusted, I want someone professional and who I feel confident in. This missed the mark.
