He and his friends learned about this place…read moreat the annual Car Show. 2 of his friends had already gone together and I knew he'd love to have a go. When I went online to book, the site was a bit clumsy to find exactly all the information I wanted, but I eventually figured out what I needed. There are various packages available, from 1 to 6 hours. The 6 hour package includes dinner at a waterfront restaurant. I settled on the 3 hour package just for him, as it's quite expensive. (I don't doubt it, I don't want to know what they must pay for insurance on those cars for these excursions with customers off the street!) I did find it a bit annoying that a quote of $329 became over $564 what with an additional fuel charge and credit card processing fee. (How else does anyone pay for this?) There are discounts for additional people buying the same package. When you go for the experience, you are paired with another driver and take turns. For the 3 hour package, my husband had 6 supercars in the lineup to drive. There was a Ferrari 488 GTB; a Porsche Carrera 4S; an Acura NSX; a Mercedes AMG GTR; a Lamborghini Huracan; and an Audi R8 V10 FSI. These cars were clean and in good condition. The licence plates were crazy new, like DB and DD starting letters. It's just the drivers in the car, no staff inside. Prior to your experience, the staff give a walkthrough of do's and don't's, tips, and provide each driver with their own memory card to capture pics and videos of the experience. Cool! We were running late due to brutal QEW traffic. I called along the way and left a message, which was promptly returned. The staff advised that as long as we made it within about half an hour of start time during the orientation session, we'd be fine. Luckily for us, we were well within the orientation and didn't miss out. The staff also had me complete my husband's registration on his behalf so he didn't miss out. Good thinking! The staff do lead in a separate vehicle for the route, which is public roads around Stoney Creek. You don't pass other drivers and stay in "formation" so that the switch from car to car can be made easily along the 5 checkpoints. There was a pit stop at a local Tim's so everyone could stretch their legs and take a break. My husband totally loved it, saying we'd be buying a Porsche 911 the next day. The lead staff joked he had too much fun. That's the point, right? While I waited, I was able to sit inside the nicely air conditioned offices, where the staff offered snacks and coffee or water. He made the coffee for me, which was nice. There was some merchandise as well. If it weren't so expensive, I'd have loved to go along with and try it as well. In the meantime, my husband was thrilled and had a great time. Totally recommend to anyone who loves exotic cars and having a good time.

Budds BMW organized a rental for my X6 which is for service with them and I got such a vehicle from Enterprise! never thought a reputable rental company would rent out such a garbage and make money of it.

I've…read morebeen dealing with Enterprise for more than 25 years, and this place is beyond help, the worst of the worst. I have NEVER received such poor customer service, ever!! I had reserved a full size SUV 4x4 for the family day weekend on the Monday prior. I was called and confirmed on the Thursday. Friday I show up to pick it up, only to be told that it is in the shop for tires. Seriously?? The manager then tried to give me a smaller SUV with a broken rear seat. Say what?? He then offered me a mini van claiming it had all-wheel drive. We went to Huntsville for the weekend, and proceeded to get stuck in the snow. Guess what? No all-wheel drive!! Further, due to my dismay, he offered a discount for taking the minivan and for the issues they had caused. I never received the discount after several calls to the manager. Full charge was made against my Visa. This was straight up lies, and fraud! I also never received the rental agreement, even after 2 calls made on my way north. I have never driven a rental before without a copy of the agreement. If something had happened during rental...... All talk and no action, this manager is a full on liar!!! Keeps agreeing with me and then does nothing. Even after calling head office, they wanted to pass me over to the local manager!!! Are you kidding? He was the problem!! I have escalated the issue now, and hope to hear back from someone at HO. But I'm not holding my breath! Avoid this location at all costs!
