At 9:00 a.m. that day, I received an appointment confirmation email that asked me to confirm, which I did. David never appeared. No one emailed or called me - they just left me waiting for nothing. Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They inadvertently did me a favor and have sent me elsewhere.

Ty was prompt and came out to scope the work and provided an estimate that was mildly more affordable than the other company we were looking at. We do not live nearby and usually have a property management company that handles things but saw the positive reviews and decided to go with Ty. Huge mistake. He upcharged $390, and initially we said it would be fine after he explained he was not able to mow and needed to do additional work. He then tried to double charge to spray poison ivy which he had already included in the initial quote but then added again at the end, pushing the total far past what we had been quoted by the original company. They did a bait and switch with us and kept adding additional fees even after scoping the work. We will not be paying twice for spraying of poison ivy and would not recommend this company that tacks on additional fees past the quote they provide.
