I've visited this delightful garden twice now, and each time was an absolute joy. The first visit was a serene blend of exploring the captivating outdoor and indoor garden spaces. To top it off, I enjoyed mimosas while my other half savored his beer - a perfect way to unwind. The second trip was for a recent Halloween workshop, and it was a blast! Plus, I received a free mimosa for wearing a witch hat as part of the workshop festivity. Ample parking spaces. Dog friendly the recent time I went. The fusion of the garden's natural beauty;a well-stocked bar (no coffee); and creative workshops is a clever concept that ensures there's never a dull moment. This place is a gem for anyone seeking a unique experience. Can't wait to return for more adventures and invest in more plants!

This review is specifically for the garden bar and diy floral studio. I love coming to Atlantic Gardening Company for a fun weekend girls day or solo self care activity in Raleigh. The DIY floral studio is the perfect activity. I had a wonderful time with friends building my own gorgeous bouquet. The customer service was wonderful. They provided all the tools and the variety of flowers and vases to choose from was perfect. Sherry also helped us to arrange our bouquets and walked us through the process start to finish. She was never annoyed with our many questions and made the experience such a great. After you finish your bouquet you can hang out and sip a beverage from the garden bar as well! The bartender was lovely and very personable and friendly. I had a delicious guava mimosa and the ratio of champagne to juice was great! They have an assortment of beers, wines and four different mimosa flavors.

I purchased $400 worth of plants. Planted them in different areas of my yard according to their care instructions. 18 of them have since died. Different varieties in different areas with different sunlights. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them when the first 2 perished and asked if they could help do anything about it. I had my receipt and a photo and the pots they came in. They said we don't warranty perennials[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I'll never buy a single thing from them again.

    Another blueberry plant purchased.

Atlantic Gardening Company is one of my favorite places to shop for supplies and plants for the house and yard. They have an extensive year round selection of trees, bushes, vegetables, and plants for both indoor and outdoors. They offer landscaping design services as well as pond installations and supplies. They are conveniently located in north Raleigh. There is a bar where they offer local craft beer and wine to purchase while you shop and there is plenty of seating inside and out.

I think I have never ever really looked at the plants here. Not because they are lacking.... (just ask my friends bank balance). Uh. No.... I'm usually busy looking at the other things. The piano that's sitting out doors. The excellent selection of Christmas Decorations, and oh, yes.... the wine bar. Uh huh. You heard right. A little mini wine bar. Right inside. To the left. Cool bearded dude serving up reds and whites and mimosas. Ask him about his album collection.

We came here during the cinco de mayo weekend when they had drinks for $3. I ordered a passion fruit mimosa and my mom got the pineapple one. It was only one bartender working and it was pretty busy in the bar area. I give the bartender credit it was definitely more champagne than juice but that was ok with me. We walked around outdoors afterward to look at plants. Cool vibes didn't even know they had a bar in there.

What a cute place. It's an expansive greenhouse and outside oasis with hundreds of different plants. On top that, there's a cute little bar inside that has mimosas, wine, and beer. We were lucky to stumble across $3 mimosa weekend so of course I had to get a few. I loved walking around holding my drinks and learning about all the different plants they had to offer. They also had cute pottery pieces and cute flowers as well!! Totally recommend this, such a cute place.

I was on the hunt for a New Plant Baby and went to Atlantic Gardening. My daughter got me a gift card from there for Mother's Day and I needed a new window sill plant. This one succulent caught our eye and for some reason the name Stanley (meaning is Stony meadow , stone, wood, clearing and the associated lucky number is 6.) came to mind! While shopping there, I learned about the Instagram #regalgreengiveaway and figured I'd share/enter to win a sibling for Stanley. Wish me luck In addition to a great selection of plants and florals, there is pottery for your plants and other gifts. Also there is a bar so you can enjoy a beer or mimosa while you shop!

What a fun place to gather plants for your home and garden! Lots of beautiful plants and options and the fact that it has a bar so that you can grab a drink while you shop around, well, that's just genius. The place is well organized, well kept, fully stocked with awesomeness and staffed with super friendly and knowledgeable people and the natural lighting in their indoor shop just makes this place heavenly. This place is simply fabulous. Grab a drink, take a stroll around this garden and find a plant that speaks to you. Just a strong suggestion.

A great find for all plant lovers! The bar inside adds a nice touch as you can shop for plants and enjoy a beer or wine. They also have space available to rent for larger events. This shop includes gifts and plants sure to meet your needs. They also have a flower bar where you can select flowers for an arrangement or you can choose ones that are already prearranged. They have a greenhouse located towards the back of the shop where you can find all the houseplants. It's not too big but there's plenty of options for those looking for different types of plants. All of the plants are sectioned by species and type and include general care instructions to help with your selection. The plants are pricey but sometimes you gotta treat yourself! They are always offering sales as well so be sure to follow them on socials to stay connected. This is a great place to meet friends or hang out for chill vibes.

From right Snake and ZZ plant.

First time I was visiting. The TikTok video by NC Eat and Play sparked my curiosity. I've always wanted to be a plant mom. I found some nice low-light- plants (Snake and ZZ) that the staff in the greenhouse recommended. I made my bouquet of tulips and such. The staff was helpful when I approached them, but otherwise, you're pretty much on your own. I wish there were more engagement from the staff for newbies. Maybe some classes or information pamphlets. It can be an overwhelming experience if you're new. They sell mimosa at the Garden Bar. Pretty cool spot.

The staff were all extremely helpful and guided me through their greenhouse helping me find things that suited my needs. They had a private party in a room off to the side that is semi-private. I could see a bit and it was very cute and a nice size for hosting. There were not many plants outside on the front and the greenhouse was nicely stocked but not full. So some may consider the selection a bit small, but it was still nice. They had tons of beautiful pottery and lots of supplies to also choose from. I was buying a plastic pot and asked if she would do the same for a 4" jade plant I had in the car. When I went to pay, I was shocked that the bill came to $25. The repottings were $8 each! I've never heard of a plant store that wouldn't be willing to add a tablespoon of soil to their own plant, and usually if you're buying a pot, most places will put a plant in it for you. At a minimum, they should let you know the fees upfront instead of a breezy, misleading "I'm happy to switch out the soil if you'd like." I offered to buy a $17 bag of potting soil if they would comp the repotting fees, but they were adamant about the $16 needed to cover "materials and labor". In the end, the manager comped the tablespoon of soil added to the 2" plant (again: this plant was from their own shop). The shop assistant then removed the new soil from the jade plant, leaving the stems loosely dumped in the pot I bought from them. As a plant lover, I can't imagine doing this to a plant just to reclaim a cup of potting soil! Such a weird and unpleasant experience. [Hearing this story, nearby Copperline Plant Company repotted the jade for free, without my asking and even before I had purchased anything from them. Their policy is that anything that takes under five minutes to repot is free. Logan's Garden Shop said they'd be happy to repot a plant into a pot I'd bought from them. This has always been my experience, and I'm happy to see that it's still the norm at most places.] I did get a cute snake plant here on an earlier visit. The shop is laid out nicely for a fun browsing experience, and plants are healthy. Just know their repotting fees are steep!
