I went to customized tees in the galleria and they did it for me in less than an hour, and it was beautiful if you need a shirt go there. I was not nasty to your staff at all. I also did not storm in and demand a refund. You have cameras there, you should look at them.

I mean, it's the same at the nearby bookstore, and at every campus bookstore and clothing store, really.
