I asked for one T-shirt to be made before a certain date, and I was assured that I would have the T-shirt before this date. I was very disappointed in their customer service. The young girl at the counter did not seem to care that they were losing a customer. If you say you're going do something before a certain date then you should do it. I went to customized tees in the galleria and they did it for me in less than an hour, and it was beautiful if you need a shirt go there. I was not nasty to your staff at all. I also did not storm in and demand a refund. You have cameras there, you should look at them. read more

This family is the BEST. They've been helping us with 2 sided jerseys for multiple athletic leagues for a few years now, and they're always on time (which tends to be short order for us), on target, and willing to do the little bit of extra work to ensure our product comes out well. They regularly do orders of over 100 units with VERY few if any mistakes. Not to mention the welcoming environment and kind treatment personally. I went in and made a order sat down with Katie ,I told her I had a venue I paid for that I needed my shirts I ordered on May 17th they told me 7 business days here it is May 30th I did not get a follow up or any idea when the order would come it seems once I paid the full balance instead of just leaving a deposit , the customer service change kept getting the run around and still no definitive date I will be requesting a full refund there was ample amount of time and also I lost money on the venue I paid for on top of not getting my shirts it was a order if 36 in a timely manner,I felt rushed off the phone when asked a question regarding my order , so I will not be doing any more orders in the future I can't even give a rating but very disappointed and dissatisfied D.H read more

Upon visiting the facility itself, it was clean, well-lit and expansive with an assortment of different shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. in various colors. I order all my business shirts from here at least 40-50 with the same exact logo. Now the customer service there is always terrible but I like the shirts. So don't expect not to be treated like a piece of crap when you go there. I ordered a sweater for my dad for Christmas with the same logo that I've used for about 3 years and they hand me this distorted garbage. Now here it is 3 days before Christmas and they didn't even have enough common sense to look at it and recognize how Terrible it was before they had the nerve to give it to me. And also as you can imagine they were extremely unpleasant...especially the blond lady that is ALWAYS sitting down. Time to find a new print shop. read more

Placed my order on 9/6. 24 shirts. Received an email it would be ready by 9/13. Not only was it but ready but no one called or emailed me with an update. Fast forward to 10/13. Order still not ready. The only updates I received in the meantime were when I contacted them. Giving them a few more days for that refund to post. This place is amazing, I had ordered a couple shirts with a custom logo I sent to them. Within a day I recieved a call explaining my logo was going to cause issue with the color of shirts I selected and is was a little fuzzy. They proceeded to adjust my logo for me, verify if I liked the changes and kept there timeline for completing the order. Customer service in on point with The Shirt Guy and I would reccomend if need shirts printed to check this place out, I will be going back when more shirts are needed. Well i see the time frame that orders are delivered seem to be an issue. We ordered on Jan 25th and 10 days would be Feb 8th According to their email.. today is Feb12th and when i called was told the printer was out all last week....umm... ok. Thanks ... Will upload end results (and just so you know we scheduled our commercial shoot for today 2/12 thinking that we would have the shirts by YOUR latest date 2/8... We didnt have them obviously) ****UPDATE**** Immediately after posting this review "Jeff" gave me a call and was upset that I left a review on here and let me know that he is canceling our order and refunding my money. I Told him PERFECT! "The Shirt Guy: Where the Customer is Always Wrong!" Absolutely the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. If I could give negative stars I would. Such rude employees and the owner was even worse! I tried having a single shirt re-printed from an order that I placed there a year ago. I was satisfied with the work a year ago which is why I came back. This time when I went in to pick it up the logo was blurry, faded and looked terrible. It was very different than the shirts that I had previously ordered. When I explained that, I was given a ton of attitude and was told that I must be wrong. They then blamed me for sending a "bad file"(when I never re-sent anything, they printed the same "good" shirts from the same email correspondence), they blamed a former employee for her work (saying that she must've found a new image online when that's impossible since the file was original artwork). Not once did they try to make it right. All that they had were excuses, blame and attitude! They would rather have their crappy work out there and a dissatisfied customer, than attempt to correct the situation. They said if I wanted them to redo the shirt I would have to pay for a new order, which I wasn't about to do. When I kindly confronted them about these issues they said I had a terrible attitude and I was the problem. Not once did they address the issue, apologize for the blurry shirt or make ANY attempt try to fix it. I went there to take my shirt that I paid for, since I knew they weren't going to do anything for me. He gave me a refund once I told him I was going to review them online. Both the owner and the employee were raising their voices at me as I was in the store. Worst experience ever! Lesson learned- read reviews! There are many, many bad ones about this place. read more

I asked owner Jeff for a rush job on Monday. He said he could get it done on Friday. Everything was arranged but they dropped the ball. The invoice sent by assistant Debbie was twice the price that was quoted. When asked she said she made a mistake and she would correct it. Never heard back from her. My art was sent in for t-shirts as planned, but since I never heard back I assumed they were going full steam ahead. Bad to assume. I called on Wednesday and talked to Jeff. He let me know the job wasn't being done and he placed the blame on me. He said he offered to do the job by Friday, but then I just disappeared. Not true. I provided the art and waited for his assistant Debbie for the corrected invoice, which didn't happen. So now the job is not getting done. Poorly organized. Jeff said, we are busy fulfilling orders placed in a timely manner and that it is my fault. I left it at that. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for deficiencies and failures, what can you do? read more

I called June 22 was told would be printed Monday. I called June 24 to see when we could pickup shirts, was told by Debbie that printer was printing them now and should be done in a few hours and she would call me when done. Waited the rest of the day with no call back. I called June 25 and left message on machine because they were either helping another customer or are on the phone, per their message. Note this is the first call I received from Debbie this whole time, communication was always initiated by myself. This time she told me they were refunding my deposit and that they could not print our shirts. These shirts were ordered 15 weeks ago and need them in 6 weeks for our trip. Poor communication from this store. I understood the shirts on back order was not their fault but like I said prior, only communication was when I called them. Debbie made it out to be it was our design, yet she helped with the design. Then said she really is not supposed to help with that however, when I called the store prior to going into order was told on the phone someone would be there to help us. Not sure of the quality of this store since order was cancelled by them, refund was quickly given. But will not order from them again. read more

A clerk that took my order confirmed the store website is misleading with regard to product availability. I was in charge of ordering shirts for multiple people and regret the decision to order from this local company. I listened to many complaints that the shirts were taking so long, people lost interest. Shirts were completed soon after I requested a full refund. Once received, I listened to additional complaints of overpriced shirts with poor quality. "Might as well donate, they cannot be worn without a shirt underneath, they are practically see through". "Why are they so wrinkled"? "I really don't want the shirt, but I will give you the money so you don't get stuck paying for all of them" A company should be familiar with products sold and stand behind them. On August 6th I visited The Shirt Guy to inquire about having a photo image put on a t- shirt. The sales associate, Debbie, helped me by uploading the image and explaining the process. She was very nice. She told me the normal delivery was 8 to 10 business days. I needed it by Saturday the 11th. She suggested I could place a rush on the order for an additional 25% fee. As I needed it, I agreed to these terms and paid in advance. Saturday came and went with no call or contact at all. I called this morning, Monday, to inquire about the status of the order. Debbie was busy and said she would call me back. I had to call her back over an hour later as I had an appointment and had to leave. I was told the shirt was not done but would be done by the end of the day. She also said "he" had problems with the machine on Saturday. I considered cancelling the order but now had no time to search for a new gift so I agreed to go ahead with it. I mentioned that as the service I paid for was not provided, it was reasonable to request a refund for paid service. She countered that it was still before the 10 business days but would mention it to "him" even though this was not the terms I agreed to. I received a call from another associate about 3:30. Saying it was ready. I arrived about 5 to pick it up. When I questioned about my refund, I was told it was still before the 10 business days. I explained again that the agreed upon date was Saturday the 11th and that service was not provided. At this point I was told that if I wanted a refund for the rush service I would have to leave the t-shirt and come back on the 20th (10th business day). I was totally shocked! I had no choice but to take the shirt. Having worked in retail for many years, I understand the importance of providing a good product coupled with excellent customer service. A successful business requires both. If the machinery was not functioning on Saturday, I should have received a call to offer me other options. Although the product was adequate, it was evident to me that honoring delivery dates and providing professional customer service is not important to this business. I will never patronize this business again and would NEVER recommend it. read more

My wife accepted the responsibility of ordering shirts for multiple people in three separate groups.Unfortunately did not have the greatest experience with this company. They were supposed to have shirts completed by 3/2/2018, we received them on 3/13/2018 after my wife requested a refund. Apparently there was miscommunication with the sales clerk. One issue was website listed products that aren't available in listed sizes or colors, we had to change the color as a result for one groups shirts. The other groups shirts were not available in the color my wife designed. The group wasn't happy with the color, refused to pay for one of two of sets of shirts. Men's shirts had impressions of the decals from the front of the shirts and wrinkled. The ladies however were a little disappointing for them. Very thin material and very wrinkled. My wife received many complaints about the cost and appearance. As a result, we paid for a few of them aside from ours as a few refused the shirts. Unfortunate situation. One of the worst parts of this was my wife tried to help others and not only did she listen to complaints from several people, she also experienced negative feedback and interactions with this company. Much opportunity lost for this company as many people will never do business with this company, including me. read more
