So with just my digital file I contacted the store and they were able to give me instructions to appropriately send them the digital file. He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair services.
