First, even though when we enrolled we clearly wanted our policy auto-renewed (which EVERY auto policy I've had for the last 20 years has done), they didn't do it. As a result, we were unknowingly uninsured for 2 months, which is a disaster when you move to a new state and try to get coverage. It took a week's worth of phone calls to get our coverage started, and the MA DMV almost cancelled our registration. Second, when we moved, I called to cancel the policy. When I talked to Eric, he said he would cancel the policy, told me how to cancel my MA plates online, and that he would back-date the cancellation so we could get a refund for the time our coverage in our new state overlapped. Fast forward 3 months and the policy STILL isn't cancelled. Like I said, these are nice guys, but clearly disorganized and in the end, you really want to be able to get these things taken care of quickly and simply and not spend days, weeks, or months.
