From the outside you could almost miss it driving by as there aren't any noticeable street signs. It's located in a large separate building that use to be the old Krystal location. The place is beautiful with shinny floors and brand new machines that take both cards and quarters. What I love is that you can park right in front of the store...I hate stores where there is a fire lane so you have to lug a cart full of laundry across the parking lot. Staff knew about it but the very pregnant employee certainly could do anything about it in her condition & I wouldn't want her to. Whoever put it there never should have. The stuff looks moldy and gross. Given the mess with the rest of the laundromat, I doubt anyone will disinfect that space once the insulation is removed. The chairs throughout the laundromat appear to have never once been wiped down and there is a ton of garbage and food in between them. The parking lot has litter all over it. It appeared that at least 1/5th of the dryers and washing machines were out of order. With so many laundromats in Rome, there is no need to go back to this one.
