Yeah he told me he knew full well the leather ties would be messed up after dry cleaning it ( they are now stiffened and if you try to use them as they are supposed to use, they crack in half) and he also stated he KNEW the dry cleaning fluid would take the painted gold off the buttons but yet "its the manufacturer's fault because the tags says to ONLY dry clean it, and we followed their directions." BULL! This company has been in business for DECADES and he admitted he knew it would happen but he can't have the decency to open his mouth when you drop your stuff off and be DECENT ENOUGH to warn the customer like "well I can clean this but I'm warning you this, this, and this may happen to your coat, and we are not responsible if so." Did he do that? Has he required his staff to do that? Heck no, and they won't either because he probably does it for fun! Bad enough he can't take the responsibility for it but he has a hateful attitude about it!!!
