I purchased a product at 119 and it was faulty and returned it same day for a product that was 139. With a $20 difference I was made to pay $40 because I had used rewards points with the original purchase, and those would not be accounted into the transaction. Would not refund to original form of payment even though it was a faulty product, so I was forced into paying an additional $20 for the exchange. Completely unacceptable. read more

Overall wonderful experience! Although I didn't make any purchases, the guy who greeted me and asked for my ID was very polite and the woman working there showed me around and even opened up a few boxes so I could examine the products. They were both very friendly and respectful and accommodating of my comfort level. The environment was clean, and the products were all well kept and unopened. Well I really need to use the restroom so I wait in front of them for ten minutes to ask about the bathroom they suggested that I go somewhere else and come back. My husband and I frequent this Adam & Eve location and we love it! They always have a great Groupon deal going as well as some pretty decent sales. Say what you want about 'adult' stores, but Adam&Eve is in a league all its own. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They will never impose or make you feel crowded but if you need help they're on it. This location also holds free classes for couples which seems like it could be a fun and unique date night idea. Great selection of women's (and mens) lingerie in all sizes, from strip wear to bridal and everything in between. I bought a product from the store, and it was defective. I tried to fix the problem by speaking with the floor manager asking for a replacement. The store manager said that he cannot replace it, but he did offer me 25% off another one. I drove 60 miles after being told that they would replace the item, and now they are reneging on the promise of which I had received over the phone. I'm very disappointed to see that this business is unethical and greedy. I own two businesses and I would not approve of this. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. The lingerie/sexy wear is separate from the toys so there is no awkward feeling. Tons of lubes.

I have been to Adam and Eve a few times and I really enjoy going there. Every time I go there the employees are very knowledgeable about the products. I am a bit uncomfortable about stuff like this and the employees make me feel a bit more comfortable about visiting the store. This time Heather helped me out and she was amazing. Helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back soon and the promotion going on here is really good as well. read more
